  On my first run of this puzzle it took me more than 5hours to fucking solve, due to pure aggression and blood boiling hate i have for this specific puzzle, words are not enough to explain why im burning with hatred and anger just thinking about this lame ass excuse of a puzzle. Other than this puzzle absolutely love the game.

  Unfortunate thing happened: I was doing the 'Thaw all shards' quest (while underleveled, so I was practically running around with a lv.20 Amber, sniping.) and a Furina joined me in the Ruin Grader boss fight. They typed "Want me to help?" but I didn't know how to CHAT. I KEPT CLICKING MY MOUSE LIKE CRAZY ON THE CHAT SYMBOL BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. Then I went back to Singleplayer. AND ONLY THEN DID I FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHAT, BY PRESSING 'ENTER'. If you see this, I'm so damn sorry. -Evr

  I’m stuck please I need help. 😭😭😭 So on the last ice shard, I successfully completed the timed challenge after more than 100 attempts over 2 weeks. Problem is I can’t find all 4 scarlet quartz to thaw the ice shard. I used the two quartz in front of the shard where the challenge takes place, as well as the one in the area with 3 inactive ruin guards. The one I am missing is the quartz in the area with 1 inactive ruin guard. It’s not there, what us happening? Did I accidentally used it for something else and now it won’t respawn. I am so close to quitting the game just because of this quest it’s so frustrating. 😭😭😭
