  There are a few different locations you can try on the resort, brazilian steakhouse, local cuisine, japanese, italian. we tried all and it was good. I personally thought the italian restaraunt was GREAT. Switch up the location everyday, but dont forget to book your reservation for seats because if it is filled up, you cannot be allow to dine that night

  My parents stayed at Krystal Cancun few years ago and they said that the food wasn't good.

  @@sabreentung8545 yes there are vegetarian options there, not sure how many but there are some. there is a swimming pool, game center, small playground. At the altitude, it was very spacious for 2 people, not sure how it would be with kids but remember the point is not to stay inside your rooms; it does the job for sleeping, and showering. You also get a balcony with ocean view. I can't speak for krystal grand rooms, that is a different tier of rooms. What did your parents have? some cuisine are more burnt than others so many they didnt like, or have more salt in it, I also am not a fan of deep fried foods. I think japanese or italian cuisine is fine. we tried one section that was more of a tapas/brunch by the pool and it was good also. love drinking horchata.

  Altitude is an upgrade/VIP version. it is a separate tower from the regular rooms and you have access to the infinity pool and bali beds. also we had unlimited access to the food

  @@Nursebabe4 there are different tiers of inclusivity that is distinguished by the wrist band. we had black altitude wristband which is all inclusive.

  Hey there! so i cannot compare the two because i did not stay at the regular krystal grand room, you can compare with my video and the website photos, but altitude would be an upgrade because of larger rooms and private access to the infinity pool!

  @@tylerlovero4292 IMO, they were good. I would rank Italian, grill, snack bar, inside restaurants from best to last. We kept eating Italian alot because it was tasty! Also, we didn't go outside off the resort to eat.

  sorry for late reply! i hope you are enjoying your stay! This was in the Altitude tower which is an upgrade from the regular krystal grand rooms. The beach was so close and the water was clear! we didnt have any seaweed problem or bad stench. Our room had partial ocean view and it was nice for the night time view but not necessary

  Thanks for your guide. Quick question, for the second train that you took, is it shinkansen? I look it up on google map for my route from narita to hiroshima. It make me get off at tokyo station, then transfer to the shinkansen to hiroshima. Is it the same as your route? Thanks

  Hey there! Thanks for watching and to answer your question, I had to take 3 trains from Tokyo to Hiroshima totaling 6hrs! (UGH) Shinkansen are a type of train so not all of them were super fast bullet trains. I had the employee at the JR booth create the best route that was covered under the JR Rail pass so I did not pay more out of pocket. Hope this helps.
