look at all that lovely fuel cleaning the valves! DI is such shit

Amazing the speed at which the air has to enter the motor through the valve. It gives you an idea of how critical porting and polishing is to motor performance

Wow, I'm impressed. It's a great video super clear , it gives a new perspective on the hidden workings of a 4 stroke engine . As a 60 year old mechanic I could only imagine what went on inside the combustion engine, but to see it as it happens is super cool . 🇦🇺

Be interesting to insert a camera through the glow plug port of a diesel engine to see it in action!! But it would take a helluva camera lens to handle that compression !

Did the camera get sucked out on the exhaust stroke or something? Video cuts short roflobster.

Based on the shaking, i take it that the shutter speed is just a hair slower than the engine cycle. It actually has a very decent effect. For 16y ago and likely just a "what if" project, very cool!

That's fantastic! Would you please give me some tips on how to handle the loops? I was stuck in the loops and my balls could hardly go through more than 6 loops!!

All I can say is that it was beyond frustrating. Just adjust each centimeter, test it, adjust again etc. I was so happy when it was finally working but more happy when I threw the damn thing away :)

Unfortunate that the exhaust stroke was clipped each time. I wanted to see the valve overlap portion. Curious why it was clipped. I would also love to see the camera setup to make this.
