For me is like this, im new to the grappling game but if i feel that is a good one that i cant escape or i feel very uncomfortable i tap but if not i just use the bad position and keep on looking for a way out

2 years training, i’ve arm triangled purple and blu belts, coach still doesnt “feel” like giving me blue belt, shit is crazy, im not doubting my coach, but i feel like there is a reason behind, but he doesn’t even want me to compete, what do i do bro?

Where’s 3? Kinda lame and bad for public sentiment towards the channel to not put all 3 as promised. We get lied to enough in society these days anyway, right?

I'm 50 years old and started training when I was 43. Have always worked out and eaten clean, but have lived with severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome since I was 19 (that was 1993). My medications give me a 3-4 hour window daily where I can function but I have to be careful not to overdo it and create excessive rebound pain and fatigue. So, even though I'm muscular and strong (5'7", 230 lbs, 13% body fat) I've ALWAYS trained to take my attributes out of it and focus on technicality. And I've had almost zero injuries, despite training almost exclusively with folks in their 20s and 30s. My motto is: "If you always train as though you're injured, you'll most likely avoid injury."

Just doing it. Throughout my life I was never really into sports, I was the choir/music kid (who was really good at it) but i always wanted to play a sport but you can’t do both. I tried wrestling back in middle school, got my shit rocked and got pulled out half way through the year by my overprotective mother. All my life I always wanted to learn how to fight, defend myself. Then I took boxing a year ago, it was fine but it wasn’t fulfilling to me, so I went to an MMA gym instead, and that’s where i am now. First couple weeks were brutal as hell but I fell in love with it really quickly

That doesn’t mean they should go around thinking they can beat up men.
