lol the look at 1:12 of a student towards the coach and then the comical movement to the wall was endearing and hilarious. Sounds like you’re a positive and supportive coach.

In the annals of time, amidst the swirling mists of legend and valor, there existed a saga of martial prowess, a tale of two warriors whose destinies intertwined on the battlefield of honor. Behold the epic clash between Jose and Fredo, whose names would resound through the ages like thunder in the heavens. Chapter I: The Gathering Storm In the land of ancient warriors, where the sun kissed the earth with fiery passion and the winds whispered secrets of old, there arose two champions, Jose and Fredo. Bound by the code of martial arts, they embarked on a journey that would test their spirits and forge their destinies. Chapter II: The Call to Arms Amidst the tumultuous skies, a call to arms echoed across the valleys and mountains, drawing warriors from distant lands to the battlefield. Jose, a master of the sacred art of Taekwondo, stood tall with his unwavering resolve, his eyes gleaming with the fire of determination. Fredo, a skilled practitioner of the ancient discipline of Kung Fu, emerged with the grace of a falcon and the strength of a tiger, his soul ablaze with the thirst for glory. Chapter III: The Dance of Blades As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting shadows upon the earth, Jose and Fredo stood face to face, their spirits entwined in a deadly dance. With lightning speed and precision, they unleashed a symphony of strikes and parries, their movements a testament to the artistry of combat. Each blow was a thunderous echo of their indomitable will, each block a testament to their unyielding resolve. Chapter IV: The Fury Unleashed With every clash of steel, the earth trembled beneath their feet, as if unable to contain the sheer force of their martial prowess. Jose's swift kicks and lightning-fast punches met Fredo's flowing movements and powerful strikes in a crescendo of fury and determination. The air crackled with energy as they pushed themselves beyond the limits of mortal endurance, each moment bringing them closer to the brink of oblivion. Chapter V: The Triumph of the Spirit In the heat of battle, amidst the chaos and tumult, a moment of clarity dawned upon Jose and Fredo. They realized that their struggle was not merely a contest of strength and skill, but a testament to the power of the human spirit. With a newfound sense of purpose, they embraced the true essence of martial arts - not as a means of destruction, but as a path to enlightenment. Epilogue: As the dust settled and the echoes of battle faded into the ether, Jose and Fredo stood side by side, their weapons lowered and their hearts united in brotherhood. Though their paths had diverged on the battlefield, they had found common ground in their shared journey of self-discovery. And so, their names were etched into the annals of history, forever remembered as paragons of martial virtue and champions of the human spirit.

As a former boxer, i dont know much about the ground game, but the stand up doesnt look bad. The shorter guy is a little flat-footed and the taller guy misses some obvious opportunities, but their clearly ametuers, so thats acceptable at that level. Great job, boys. Keep up the good work 💪👌👍
