The Soundman, Inc. was an electronics retail business started by my father in 1975 that evolved into a three store car stereo chain with stores located in the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley, California during the 80's and 90's.
During my time as an installer at my father's shop I became known for my in-dash iPad installs and was later recognized as one of Mobile Electronics Magazine's TOP12 installers of the year.
I started Soundman Enterprises, Inc. after my father retired in 2013. Still located in the Santa Clarita Valley, I now run a small private shop where we develop and sell our world famous, PATENTED and injection molded iPad vehicle dash kits.

I am very honored to know Paul Yim. When Yimi Sport started they were the Mitsubishi shop for sure!! I was with Nasioc and we setup a huge tune day for Subie's where we got Tim Bailey flown out from Subie Sport Magazine (the BEST TUNER THERE IS FOR SUBARU) and he was doing all the tunes. This was used to get Yimi Sport also in to tuning Subaru's as at that time it wasn't know. I was lucky enough to drive everyone's car's that got tuned. This was back in 2005-2006 as Tim tuned my 2006 Urban Grey Metallic (brand new color) (I had the first one the west coast) Imprezza WRX STI. I was also working with Injen on developing the cold air intake the used my car for the intake design. I had videos on my MySpace that's how long ago this was!! Cheers Doug!

Dang! Rapha’s mom is mad with the false info in the comments! When she read you were divorced, she shaved her snatch thinking she was finally gonna get some Doug all to herself! She had to force a couple guys from Home Depot to do an all day trim and shave! Wasn’t pretty, machine were broken, $10 in gas was wasted!
