  L take on MHJ. He did NOT have a QB worth anything (take it from an OSU fan) and there's a reason he went to easier competition after just 1 year as a starter for Ohio. And look, I think Williams is way over hyped, but can you really say Daniels is the clear pick over him? That's just weird, in my opinion I would take Maye with Chicago's pick. They're much more built for a pocket passer and had Maye been in last year's draft, he easily goes over Young and Stroud.

  You can definitely say Ohio State did not have a qb. Ridiculous statement. That dude sucked so bad. Marv can do it all, he gets infinitely more separation, and has as much size as you can possibly want for a wr. Especially when youre qb is 5'10, that 4 inch difference means everything. Its funny when people see malik at 5 for the chargers theyre like eh maybe they trade down but we'll give them malik because they need a wr. But when Marv is there at 5 everyones like OH MY GOD RUN IT IN. Just saying. In fact I think the cardinals specifically would have Malik as wr3 and take Rome over Malik.

  Don't overrate Daniels like that just...he is not going into a good situation in Washington first of all the nfc east is stout....Drake maye is going into a horrible situation in New England and nether one of those situations look remotely better than Chicago's

  Im with you on Washington being a worse landing spot for any qb than Chicago is. I’m thinking/hoping that jadens mentality and perseverance will get him through. It will probably be a slow start to his career tho.

  @BESportsTalk New England has a fist year head coach and he's a defensive guy they don't have many weapons and they play in way tougher divisions so we'll see how they develop with these teams but they also have to come in day one and start just like Caleb

  Kenny is 14-10 because the defense wins them really close games. I dont think they should draft a QB in the 1st unless they are trying to move up to grab one of the top 3 guys. I do however think they should go out in the draft on day 2 or 3 and snag a guy who you think could bring something to the team and then im signing a vet. Create competition at the spot and have the best guy win it out.

  I think Pickett is the best option right now for their starter just so they can really fill out other necessary positions in the draft. They've got a couple more years of work until they're in the conversation for title contention. In my mind I just don't see a new QB moving the needle for them at the current moment

  Kliff lead the Houston Cougars (2011) as the OC to lead in nearly every offensive stat in the NCAA that season. Averaging 50 points and 600 yards per game. He then went on to Texas A&M were he coached Johnny Manziel to the first Freshman Hiesman trophy ever in history. The Aggies led the SEC in rushing, passing, total, and scoring offense. He was named offensive coordinator of the year that season. In his first two HC starts at Tech he started Baker in one (who won conference player of the week) and Davis Webb (who won offensive player of the week). Texas Tech is the only Big 12 school to have 3 Freshman win the award. Kliff himself, Davis Webb, and Baker Mayfield. In his first season he started the year 7-0 and then lost 5 straight. That year that beat AZ state in their bowl game. Every other year as a HC in tech could be chalked up as a failure. Nearly 40 percent of his career wins came against non power 5 conferences. I say all this because i think Kliff has a place in the NFL as an OC/QB coach. Not a head coach, but to act as if he has not had any success when he has coached 3 heisman winners and play called for one of the greatest offenses in NCAA history is kinda a stretch.
