it's so weird, you gotta be high to enjoy it haha 😸
I'm curious as to how Carl knows that song... other than he heard it from Ginger several times. But he's younger than her so i dunno if that's true.
21:50 Song name?
@@AlexHedgehogLad8 Joy to the World.
@@OldSchoolLane is it a cover?
@@AlexHedgehogLad8 Yes it is.
To be fair, the original show was waning in popularity, so something had to be done.
I really like Ginger ending up in detention at the end of Driven to Extremes. It's one thing from this show that I remember seeing when it was on air that always stuck with me. I think it was a really good move to show that standing up for something, even when you're in the right, can still have consequences. Speaking up sometimes means getting in trouble, but it's a victory none the less.
So glad you asked him that. It says there’s a time warp blah blah hand wave it’s pretty silly 😛
High school is nothing like the real world!
Mrs. Grimly reminds me of a substitute teacher I had in junior high. She had an absolutely hideous hairy mole on her right cheek. She was also a bitter, mean, and controlling woman! We called her "Mrs. Moley Mustache."
Most of us would kick Mrs. Dave out of the house if she started speaking to our families as she did in this episode. The series finale proved why she was the worst character in the entire show!
I grew up with the 60's version. While I agree about some of the dialogue, I don't consider Warren's Cinderella a ditz. She is as lovely a Cinderella as Andrews and Brandy.
9:26 we get it jesus lol. The live action cuts are jarring
Is it odd as a little girl I had a crush in Shaggy 😅 But Scooby Doo on Zombie Island was my Favorite Scooby Movie. I remb the add on Cartoon Network, i believe it came out in the summer ☀️ if like 98 maybe? I most definitely stayed tuned. I wonder if kids now under the term "stay tuned". But i love your episodes i just stumbled upon em. But i work nights at a car factory Toyota so I got a lot of time to listen, laugh, and learn.....and look back. ❤⏪️💯
@@mariesmith6744 Hope you enjoy them. We have 10 years worth of podcasts to tune into.
If you ask me Mr. Gardener was gay
I love how ugly Dodie was in comparison to macie. Macie grew into her looks upon highschool and Dodie is just so egotistical that she literally remains ugly.
Macie got on my fucking nerves in this episode. I think as a main character her character is perfect.... But shes very annoying. Especially hiw she sounds while talking
I was a teenager when Disney’s Doug came out. I loved Doug on Nickelodeon, and I tuned in every Saturday for the Disney continuation. I personally never saw a problem with the show and loved it.
I totally agree with the whole nostalgia factor of clastic preschool TV shows. I grew up with the golden age of Nick Jr, with my “Fab Four” being Little Bear, Blue’s Clues, Franklin, and Kipper. I’ll never forget how Face introduced each show, and the kids in the commercial breaks singing “NICK JR IS JUST FOR ME!!” (Sigh) good times!🥰
i want to correct you Patricia that Ennui is actually a female. not a male. and the "personality core" is called the sense of self.
I think it's personal issue vs mainstream issues everybody deals with anxiety but not everybody turns into a red panda
Where's sven hoek
Riley apparent grew up on a cross between Blue's Clues, Dora and Uncle Grandpa.
Inside Out 2 takes place in 2016
I saw Inside Out 2, and omg it was amazing!!!!!! Also, Ennui is a female!!!!!
I think it was alright.
Im sure someone mentioned it but odd that the first episode tackled how things changed. Almost would have liked that as the last episode of the original series.
Miss this show.
It 2024 Now. Where's The Revival Era You Guys?
Chuckie finister shouldve been in this episode because it wouldve taught how to use the potty
How Come The Tinker Bell Films Aren't Talked About In This Video?
Sorry. Chris and I have never seen the Tinker Bell movies. Maybe we’ll look back on them some day.
Thank you for this video. There aren’t too many vids that go in depth about Doug. It seems like a forgotten show for most people. I loved how it was simple and yet it stood out because it felt like real situations in my adolescence, such as feeling awkward around a crush, nervous about a dance or pool party. Getting in trouble for turning in a doodle (this happened to me also). Doug was a chill and wholesome show that can still resonate , the ep where Skeeter thought he was moving is still touching since I’ve had friends in childhood move away.
Thank you so much. Glad you enjoyed it!
22:43 It was also broadcasted in Latin America, dubbed in Spanish
Bob sold cell phones in the original show. Him sitting on a stockpile of beepers makes no sense. I hate this movie so much.
i just recently found out she passed away and i wept
And no, Inside Out 2 is NOT a sex-ed movie AT ALL. They did not go in THAT direction, thank goodness! I have not seen Turning Red, but from what I understand, Inside Out 2 is WAY more kid-friendly.
Hey, guys! I'm a first-time commenter, but a longtime listener! Have you guys seen Inside Out 2 yet? I just did, and I thought it was AWESOME!! I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it.
Arun has seen it. I won’t see it until tomorrow due to the theaters around my area being sold out. But we won’t cover it until next week since I had oral surgery and can’t talk very much. Stay tuned.
As someone who didn't have Nick as a kid I didn't see That Doug until after Disney Doug and Found Nick Doug boring.
I feel like Sasha is like one of those Reddit Nice Guys, because I feel like he wouldn't have treated Ginger as badly as he did if at all in the Summer Camp episode if he didn't overhear the boyfriend rumor from Courtney. I feel like he was mad at her that another guy has her attention and he isn't the only one who has it. It sucks that he got dumped for a rich, popular guy, but that doesn't give him an excuse to be an absolute dick to Ginger for no reason at all, the equivalent of the phrase, "All girls are the same!"
i think blake is lonely which is why he wants the friendship with carl, i also feel he and courtney are in awe of the unbothered normality of ginger and carl
good video
1) Avatar sucks 2) Hey Arnold wrapped everything up. Doesn't need a new sesson. 3) This video is boring
