    Hey sweetie, no offence please …. It’s pronounced as Aspaarigus written as Asparagus… (It’s a collective noun) In our country we get Shatavari which is of same family. You sounded hus at the end so thought of correcting you ,✌️

    Why are some native speakers pronouncing it like jew-le-ry? Another one that I find annoying (as a non native 😅) is groSHEries

  • @Adorablefly1
    @Adorablefly15 ай бұрын

    Because that's how you say it in English, also it's spelt jewellery so jewel-le-ry is how it's said.

    It's just temp-a-chur lol. Why add the extra "R" that is very difficult for non-native speakers to pronounce in that placement of the word, that maybe 5% of Americans pronounce that way

  • @amazingpad4674
    @amazingpad46747 ай бұрын

    You're supposed to pronounce the r either way. "Tempachur" is like "artic"
