    Why have you split the video up, keep them together, that puts me and others off, I have never seen this done before. I have looked at the description on here, no price given, no price given at the start or end of video, again this is unusual. Sort this out and you might just get people interested.

    480p is v low quality. You should be streaming in 4k. If people wish to view your videos, let them do so from the comfort of their home. You will not sell anything based on this low quality "phone accessible" nonsense - people will not take you seriously - keep improving ..

    Thank you for your comments. I will take on board what you say, however i do sell alot of property ,and have been in the business 18 years. KZread is a recent way we have added, but not the primary, the videos are only to give a taste and the actual visit concludes the purchase .

    @@jasonnicholasritchie4507 the quality is so poor you can't make anything out, the camerawork is shaky and makes one feel sick watching and the flow is higgledy piggledy.     Thank you for you question, when the videos are long, the percentage of people watching the video through to the end, is not as high if the videos are shorter. Also on websites, if the video is very large not everyone can download and watch the video especially if they are watching on the mobile .

    yes it is 87,000 euros. We have just had an update regarding this property, the urban boundry of the village has increased and therefore the property is within the urban boundry and can be made into an urban article with a new cadeneta. The current owners bought this as rustic and have create a stunning garden . Take into account that most urban plots sell at 400 and 500 m2 for a plot, this is double the size has an existing building, although historic can be increased and one floor can be made above.     sometimes i dont mention the price as often the price can change when on the market. However if you look at the description in the box or the link to the property it is there . This can be made into an urban house as it is now in the new urban boundry. On purchase it can have a new cadeneta and an urban article cadeneta. 87,000 for this land and house is a fair price. If your looking for less I have other properties, but you wont find a proiperty with a garden landscaped sucha as this one. It is also only 15 to 20 mins from castelo branco

    .de l'onde retire sa couche. lembre-se que nous ne sommes pas un vendeur apenas a casa em pedra, existe o terreno situado na zona urbana da aldeia Si votre budget est inférieur pour une maison en pierre de valeur inférieure, j'en ai une à Muxagata cotée à 16 500 euros. Tout est question d'emplacement. La propriété est également située à 15 minutes de Castelo Branco. les rénovations dépendent des goûts personnels. Vous pouvez choisir de le garder sur un niveau ou de faire deux niveaux, tout dépend de votre investissement par rapport à votre budget.

    Thank you for your comment. You have mentioned this but i have also had people saying the opposite to you. The attention span for alot of long videos,. ppeople do not sit and watch the entire video. So therefore i shorten the videos. Also if i have long videos on the website, it will slow down the website and people may not be able to open a link when in an area that does not have a strong signal. There are pros and cons . I have lengthened some of my videos. Thank you for your critique.

    before making a judgment like that I suggest you see all the videos that represent this land., If you were to caluclate the amount for all the machinery to cultivate and maintain the vineyard, the equipment used for making wine, the irrigation of 200,000m2 of land provided by to large lakes with 60 x30 and 60 x 40 and 15 meters in depth. The irrigation system is on timers. The amount of investment that the vines can produce each year. There is a substantial income here. Have a look at the web link and then see if you still think that it is a bad investment. The old house, has a new roof, it is sturdy but needs renovation that is true.     thankyou for your feedback, I will update this information. At the moment although the ruin is on the land, the existing ruin is not registered with the town hall ( it is in process with the existing family. They have been informed by the townhall that once it is registered it can be urbanised. I dont want to specify exact m2 of the ruins as there is the main ruin and additional ruins . Only with an architeict they can give an exact m2 of allowence of build.

    It's most disappointing that the video has absolutely no introduction. Please repeat and consider a major revision/redo. This place looks like it deserves it. How much should also be included, even if you only place the price in the description area. If you expect people to want to spend their hard earned money with you, then please put your back into it. Not to be harsh, but this was something I potentially would have had an interest in. 🤔 You can make the effort to do better with when dealing with the public if you choose to! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

    Well, they must have been reading the earlier comments, because this version has a video of the habitable buildings and not just a video of the wreck of a building used as a working building/storage for the vineyard. At 50 acres, I'm still not sure if it's worth anything near the 850K Euros being asked.

    The land is extensive , which is why I have made more than one video for the land and property. The habitable dwellings are rustic, and the "wreck of a building" is urban. With investment you not only have a house but also the lower part of the house a Bodega . The owner has over 30 clients who buy the grapes to make their own wine as he is now retiuring from this, but generates just from selling an average of 50,000 euros a year . Which is just from the grapes, then there are the olives and the olive oil produiction. A litre of olive oil sells at 10 euros a litre. The Vineyard has much more potencial and can generate a much higher income . This type of property is not for everyone,.     After watching some of your videos, this the best I have seen even though it still missing out quite a lot, for the money being asked, I would have liked to see a better in depth video, with Ariel shots and a map showing the land.
