  It's not unintentional. There's so many hilarious bits in all of the MGS games and the jokes were intentional. For example you can choose to stand under some Russian soldier wee, if you're into that sort of thing. You can easily move out of the way of it, but Raiden's kink is being degraded. If you look at videos of every single Easter egg in each of the MGS games there's so many jokes. Jokes that are often so well hidden that few players ever find them. It's just such a peculiar quirk of Kojima and it's part of why his games are so completely unique. Nobody else would be brave enough to spend ages putting all these silly funny jokes in the games that most players never even see. Kojima is singularly unique.
