    Yes ladies Titus 2:3-5 NKJV [3] the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things- [4] that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, [5] to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed. 😊

    Written By Jemima*, Singapore “Yes, but how long should we tolerate what they say and do?” At the word, “they”, I felt a huge gulf open between me and the world around me. Everything shrank into “us” and “them,” and I had never felt so alone. *** I am a member of a local church in Singapore. I profess faith in God, and I believe in the resurrected Christ and His redemptive power that can save us from our sins. I believe in grace that is freely given and salvation received only through faith, not from works done by our hands, but by the work that was completed by Jesus Christ on the cross. I am also same-sex attracted (SSA), and I want to share my experience in the hope that it may help Christians understand other believers like myself a little better. When the question above was asked, I was at a seminar about Christianity and LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender). As the speaker moved on to talk about the experience of SSA Christians in the church, I started to notice an older couple asking many questions. They were both involved in the hospitality team at church, and it seemed like they had more than once felt uncomfortable talking to SSA people. The questions started out innocuous. “How can I speak to them?” and “What should I do if someone tells me about being same-sex attracted?” seemed like good, constructive questions. Then we started to move into territory that made me feel more and more uncomfortable. “I understand that we should be accepting them, but shouldn’t we be praying for them to change?” “What do I do if a same-sex attracted person tries to start a relationship with me?” And finally . . . “Yes, but how long should we tolerate what they say and do?” The speaker was silent for a long moment. When he spoke, his words were heavy, and I could hear my pain mirrored in his voice. The speaker was silent for a long moment. When he spoke, his words were heavy, and I could hear my pain mirrored in his voice. “For as long as you would tolerate [that every Christian should struggle against] any other sin, like lust, jealousy, or coveting. Even lying and anger,” he said quietly. “And we do not just tolerate [believers who are same-sex attracted], we accept them as Christians and children of God first. Same-sex attraction is not the first thing that needs to be addressed when someone steps into church. Rather, it is the heart that needs Christ that must first be addressed.”

    Hey ladies… Really enjoyed your show. First time viewer. When speaking about the difference between a pastor and a content creator… I would say this. God calls All Christians to live a life following Jesus. A life of obedience. Jesus said, if you love me, you follow my commands… Pastors are supposed to be more mature and to lead the people in living our life that pleases God. Some of the main way that they do. This is my first of all sharing the good news of the gospel. The gospel is the good news of Jesus that he did for us where we could not do for ourselves. And it is only through faith in him and repentance that we receive new life. And this new life is on display by our obedience to him. Our maturity is measured by how much we look like him. So, I wouldn’t say that a Cont aunt creator has more leeway, because a Christian content creator is still called to look like Jesus… But Pastor should be more mature knowing Jesus, and living out their faith

    No, we do not have free will. Biblica evidence, no opinions Proverbs 16:4 - The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil. John 15:16 - Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. Romans 9:13 - 15 - As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated. What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid. For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. We are in deed robots. That does not excuse us from sin though, as there is hell to pay. God is the potter, we are the clay. He made some of us to show mercy on, while the rest to show His wrath upon, on purpose. No one can question why He would do this, because, well, He is God, and He answers to no one. John 3:16, is widely mis quoted and mis represented because the original Greek meaning gets obfuscated with the usage of our word love, and our ignorance for how conjunctions and definite articles work in said ancient language. The word "whosoever" is not in the original text, rather, the word is pas'o, or, "the all", the believing all. If you want to fact check me, there are a ton of AI assistants that can aide in parsing the original text. My pastor is Jim Brown of Grace and Truth ministries. P.S. Christmas, birthdays, and holidays are all paganism and should not be practiced by a true bible believing Christian. Jesus does not love (agape) everybody and He sends people to hell on purpose. We, true believers, must preach these truths and be persecuted for it.

  • @davediaz1742
    @davediaz1742Ай бұрын

    Sounds very Fundamentalist. Explain the fall and God commanding Adam and Eve not to eat the fruit, yet them doing so? Why would God command not to only to make them do so? Your explanation of Jn 3:16 is eloquent but it’s still saying ALL WHO BELIEVE, therefore saying that it’s for those who choose to (believe) isn’t it? Unless it’s ALL FORCED TO BELIEVE.

  • @dixalex02
    @dixalex02Ай бұрын

    @@davediaz1742 God ordained (programmed) the fall of Adam and Eve. He explicitly told that the day they sin they would die, it was not an "if". God gives us a lot of commands, of which most are impossible not to break because we are made in a body that is literally wired (programmed) to sin. As such, when we do sin, the wages is death and then hell, justly and rightly so. A just God, would send us all to hell, because that's what we deserve. A merciful God, pardons those same very sins, for some (not all). Why some and not others? That's His perogative. It's not that I am any better than you, nor can I boast that I did something by being able to see, hear, and understand the truth (wisdom). An example, if you would humor me, is the biblical account of Saul being forcefully converted to Paul. On the road to damascus, to persecute and murder true Christians, God stopped Saul in his tracks and questions why He was persecuting Him (the church is the body of Christ). So you have a contextually sound example in the bible of God granting faith to someone who was wholly blind, spiritually. Biblical References: Genesis 2:16-17 Acts 9:1-22 Romans 9 (literally all of it) Not here to start a war in the comments or hi-jack the two woman's video. I saw an opportunity to share truth and seized it. I can only cast the net, it is God who draws/lures the fish. Just know that if this all sounds like utter trash and nonsense to you, you are in very real danger of Hell fire!

  • @davediaz1742
    @davediaz1742Ай бұрын

    @@dixalex02 this is why I can’t accept Calvinism. Too many inconsistencies. So if God programmed us to sin, we don’t deserve anything because we’re not guilty of anything, God is guilty of programming us to sin. If Adam and Eve were programmed to sin then they’re only guilty of being victims of a God who designed them to fail. I believe that a merciful God sent his son to die for all sinners and those who choose to believe in his son are given eternal life (see the thief on the cross) Was Saul then programmed to kill Christians only for God to deprogram him and turn him into Paul a servant of God? This sounds like a petty God playing with toys. Calvinism exists to excuse wicked men choosing to be wicked. Just blame God’s programming.

  • @dixalex02
    @dixalex02Ай бұрын

    @@davediaz1742 I'm not a Calvinist. John Calvin wasn't a Calvinist. Babies do not go to hell because the 'wages' of sin is death. You can believe whatever you want. However, you can't say that the bible is wrong, when it says what it says, in context, without any gotcha's of fanciful tricky language. God is merciful yes, because He 'chose' to grant Grace (unmerrited favor) and mercy on a select few. Just read the verses that I posted in my previous posts. Use an AI to grammatically parse the ancient Greek for you, pedantically. If you have ears to hear, you will (even if not today), otherwise, you were a vessel of wrath fitted for destruction (blame the bible, not me).

    With Dave’s question and Brittany’s response , I agree that cursing (at people) and talking negatively about people go hand in hand. They’re both an issue of the heart.

    Christians also can have a resistance to convictions of the Holy Spirit with different things, and obviously we can’t judge that but that doesn’t necessarily make it good for us to do. If a Christian curses at people regularly to me that shows that it’s just not something they are willing to give up because it really does not honor God. However I do not judge they’re walk with God, because I also struggle with different sins ofcourse, I just won’t be inclined to be influenced by them if that makes sense [Mathew 7:20]
