Herbert W. Armstrong founded the Radio Church of God in the early 1930s, as well as Ambassador College in 1947; the Radio Church of God name was changed to the Worldwide Church of God in 1968, he was an early pioneer of radio and television-evangelism, originally taking to the airwaves in the 1930s from Eugene, Oregon. Mr. Armstrong preached an eclectic set of theological doctrines and teachings that came directly from the Bible. This website contains material written by and broadcast by Herbert W. Armstrong.

Did Leroy Neff preach this before 1972? Were there any sermons that preach against the place of safety before 1972?
The sermon was given in 1979. Not aware of any under Worldwide Church of God.
What is the conclusion?
Must have been around 1979 due to he said he wrote an article in 1962 some 17years earlier. Time stamp is around 1:10:25.

It is good to hear this again as I left WWCG back in the early 90s as it was drifting away from this very thing. There is lots I missed from going from 1983- 1994!There were many things I never got to hear as they were dismant things!! So grateful to hear it here and take notes!😊
