What were the settings for the 2nd bracelet that has the lighter finish?
Excellent tips! Thank you for sharing.🌺
Thanks for watching!

Thanks so much 🙏
You’re welcome 😊 Thanks for watching!
I tried to use the tool to create the color grid with satisfactory results, but when I put the parameters in the layers of any image, the marking comes out all black without showing the colors, as if the lightburn layers were not communicating well the parameters to the controller. is there any solution?
Not sure what could be going on, you could try double clicking layers to check your settings, for instance check that your cross hatch is off (settings check at 5:10 in the video). Thanks for watching!
I figured it out.
We are glad you figured things out, let us know if you have any questions and we will do our best to answer them. Thanks for watching!
Tell me about the mat ... Do I need one?
We typically use a cutting mat or metal piece to protect our workspace under our honeycomb bed.

Yesss! Love all your inkstitch videos! Been wanting to try the knockout method!
Thank you so much for watching our videos! I'm happy you've liked our Ink/Stitch tutorials! 😊
Lookes nice. Liked most the last one. 😀
Thank you for watching our videos and commenting! We're happy you liked the project's result!
Cool technique! I'll have to try it on a future project.
Thank you for the kind comment! I hope you enjoy using this technique in the future! 😊
I am watching this video that is 2 years old and wondered if this unit failed during the 2 years. We had 2 of these units fail within the first year. I would not recommend this brand.
It is still working for us. We've done regular maintenance and there have been no issues so far. Sorry to hear yours didn't work out.
Omg!!! Just what i was looking for!!! I purchased a hat embroidery hoop from amazon and it doesn’t work good …. Im going home after work today and 3 days printing this one!!!!!! Thanks a lot guys!!! Great job!!!!! Hats off to you!!!!
Thank you so much for watching our video and the nice comment! I hope this 3D print design will help you with embroidering hats! Stay crafty 😊

Hi I can’t seem to get the satin stitch to work around my design?
Sorry to hear you are having trouble. Here are a couple of newer videos you might want to check out and see if they can help you out: kzread.info/dash/bejne/p3qfwcN-YJbdnM4.html and kzread.info/dash/bejne/Zaiu0smwj9Gzmc4.html Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much!

I've been using my Monport 40W CO2 Laser for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with its power and precision. It's a great machine for engraving wood and other materials, and it's easy to use thanks to the intuitive LightBurn software. I love this!!!
That is great to hear, we have really enjoyed using ours too. Thanks so much for sharing your experience!😀
Everything I save it it saves the whole image it dsnt save it in parts help what am I doing wrong I followed all your steps 😢
I have a perfect boyfriend for Daisy, he is a handsome chihuahua looks like her !!! Good job, learning a lot here
❤️Aww…Daisy isn’t allowed to date for a few more years, so we will have to check in with you then 🤣 Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
I have a perfect boyfriend for Daisy
are you using stock settings for anodized aluminum other than lowering the interval to .04mm?
It was just trial and error on test tags and then we just input the best settings.
If you have an open diode laser, a cover like this is MANDATORY! It's excellent at exhausting fumes.
Thanks for the video. Couple of questions. I have the same laser machine but 20w. I bought the same aprons to etch and give as gifts. I use the software that comes with Xtool, Creative Space. Do you have a suggestion for the settings on the 20w to etch the same aprons? I have test pieces of denim do you suggest I do a test matrix first and see what the results show? Appreciate any help.
We definitely recommend a test matrix with low power and fast speed to get the best idea on the optimal settings. A good starting point would probably be 20% power and 6000mm/minute. Thanks for watching!
this tutorial really came in clutch! I was starting to think I'd never find a decent tutorial with both this specific software and intent to make plushies. Thank you!
I'm so happy the video could help you! I appreciate the nice comment, thank you!
OH NO!!!! you forgot the airgap at the sewer line to keep bacteria out of your drinking water
Just a few notes. That appears to be the 80w fume extractor, which is doesn't have a good charcoal filtering layer to begin with to capture the smells that you're trying to avoid. On top of that you have the charcoal material on the top, when it's supposed to be the last layer that the air goes through. The higher wattage fume extractors that Monport sells do a much better job at eliminating smells, especially when the filters are installed properly.
Thanks for your comment. There were no instructions included with the 80w system, so we just kept in the order it was received. We have gotten a couple of comments with the same suggestions and moved things around as you suggested, it is a bit strange to set just a bag of carbon down in the machine the way it is configured. We gave a feedback to Monport (as we are sure others did as well) and it looks like they have updated their newly available machines. We agree that there are better filters in those now offered and the way to connect the machines together have been updated on the current air purifiers. It does not appear that they offer replacement filters for our machine (we have one more back up set to get us through for now). We will probably need to do some research soon and find filters that we can make work with our model then do a video update to help other people who have purchased the machine looking for replacements.
I've downloaded both Inkscape and Ink/stitch, but cannot import into inkscape. Do you have a tutorial for window pc's?
Unfortunately, we do not have a windows computer to do a tutorial for that. Here are the instructions from the website: inkstitch.org/docs/install-windows/and inkstitch.org/docs/import-export/ Thanks for watching!
This is by far the most helpful video I have found
Thanks so much for watching!😊
Hi, I've done this and it did group the colours but it also merged my images so instead of A being NEXT to B it's now on top haha assuming I have done something wrong?
Thank you for this I just wanted to see if it’s possible without the thousand dollars worth of software that seems to never be enough I will definitely be trying this route
We are so happy you found our channel. Using Inkscape and Ink/stitch does have a learning curve but being able to use free open source software is awesome! We have lots of videos to help you on our journey in our playlist on the program: kzread.info/head/PLtQ8IvTMaEGI3NeU2MppOkukHviNKmrJl Thanks so much for watching!
Thank you for the video! We are looking forward to taking ours out on the water soon. :)
Hope you enjoy it, have fun! Thanks for watching!😄
This helped so much! Thank you
We are so glad this helped. Thanks for watching! 😄
Thanks. I have to say. WD 40 is not an oil. 🤫
Thanks for the video. 👍 I have the same Xtool 20w machine. You may have solved a mystery. I’ve been asking on the message boards how do I get the item to engrave positioned with a center point not a corner. You mention you used the option "set origin." Do you know if that is possible using free Creative Space software that comes with Xtool? I’m not using LightBurn. Do you recommend LightBurn with the Xtool unit? I’m just a hobby wood worker. I want to make boxes. Similar to the gift wine boxes. I really like your videos because they cover normal challenges and are easy to understand and follow. I tried the powder coating method with the laser and it was a failure because I had to move the laser out of the way to put the powder down. I moved it back to the spot I THOUGHT matched up with the previous burn but it was off a smidge. Grrrrr. I didn’t know a way to tell the software/laser to start over again in the exact spot as previously engraved. I figure if I can put a center spot in the item then I have a reference to start over again. Maybe I’m making this too complicated? Thanks.
We don't have any experience using the Creative Space software. We do recommend Lightburn and use it exclusively on all of our lasers, so we don't have to learn each lasers proprietary software. If it is an option in the Creative Space software you could try using the software to move the laser out of the way, that way you can move the laser back to the origin point, rather than manually moving it with your hand. Thanks for watching!
Do you know if I can assign a keyboard shortcut to the Break Path at Selected Node tool that appears as a tiny icon when the Node tool is selected... I can't see to assign a keyboard shortcut to that? but there are lots of commands that similar to that one... Not in the drop down menus but located on various toolbars throughout InkScape.
Not sure, we haven't tried that. Thanks for watching!
Many thanks for this video (part 1)
Of course, thanks for watching!
Many thanks for this video (part 2)
I think will help in my decision.. thanks
Awesome, thanks for watching!
This system its working for the mouse shortcuts? for example zoom or panning shortcuts? Pd: Nice video

I don't have ink/sketch in my extensions. How do I get it?
Hi! You will need to download it. Check out these videos for helpful information: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qZdto9aSdJfSis4.html and kzread.info/dash/bejne/dZ-l28OHnLDXj6Q.html Here is our playlist for Ink/Stitch related videos to help you out: kzread.info/head/PLtQ8IvTMaEGI3NeU2MppOkukHviNKmrJl
How did u bypass the inkstitch pass key? U skipped that part.
DID YOU SET IT UP FOR THE SATIN STICH AT THE BOARDER BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE IT COMES WITH OUT YOU TELLING IT WHAT STICH TO USE AT THE BOARDER? MINE ALWAY COME AS A RUNNING STICH. I AM TOTALLY NEW TO THIS.
There have been some updates to Ink/stitch since this video posted so some things may be different. Ink/stitch used to default to a zig zag for a stroke, now it defaults to a running stitch. To do a true satin stitch you might want to check out these videos: kzread.info/dash/bejne/p3qfwcN-YJbdnM4.html and kzread.info/dash/bejne/Zaiu0smwj9Gzmc4.html Thanks for watching!
Great video!! I do have a question though. If you have a refrigerator with water did you leave that soft water, or bypass and have the hard water there? We also bypassed the soft water for the outside faucets.
Ours is only connected to our hot water, so our fridge is unsoftened. Thanks for watching!
