  A minute was accidentally cut off the end of this video. But essentially I was ending it by saying you owe it to yourself to protect your energy and nurture your spirit.   Sometimes you may want to evaluate your friends and family. I learned that some people you surround yourself with can drain your energy. I separated myself from those folks.

  Thanks for your comment. 🤍 You are so right! As hard as it may be to let go of those people, you’d be doing yourself justice in the long run. I’ve learned that if you resist or keep surrounding yourself with such people, somehow divine intelligence will force them out either way, and sometimes it won’t end in a civil manner. Just trust your instincts and walk out in peace

  I'm curious as to whether chebe like a relaxer is damaging the coil. Damaging to coil doesn't mean hair loss breakage sometimes results in hair growth. Damaging my hair increases growth and loosens texture making it more styleable.

  I just got a ricewater shampoo bar. Trying to grow out my natural hair colour more quickly. It is drying at first. I use it maybe 2 or 3 times a week at the moment. I see a lot more shine. ❤ Your hair looks gorgeous!
