So relaxing to tangle with you!
These are so cute and fun to draw 😊 Thank you for sharing
Thank you for sharing this information. Handy to know.
I might be incorrect; but I believe the television show you were talking about is, “The Twilight Zone.” I hope you have a glorious day! ~ Just Jenn
I use stuff from moleskine water colour to regular cartridge paper. Mostly fountain pens
Aug.10,'24. Thank you for the vid. on tortillons. And for all your videos. Came across them on u-tube, inspired me to return to tangling.

💝💝💝💝 From Angele: Love your technique! It's a great way to draw What the well. I'm now on my third tile! Thank you for sharing. -Angele, Devon, Alberta, Canada 💝💝💝💝
The tile is beautiful. My favorite part of any tangle is doing the shading, and I learned a thing or two from you in this video. I do hope you recognize the compliment I'm giving you when I say you have a delightful voice, and I was imagining you sitting in a library in front of a fireplace, several young children sitting in front of you on cushions, listening to you raptly as you read a story to them. Not to worry---I'm an elderly woman right in the very middle of the Midwest US. I used to write stories for my son when he was a little boy, and I did all the voice characterizations for the different people in each story. My voice isn't a soft pleasant one like yours, unfortunately, as my vocal chords were severely damaged by illness in my mid-30s. If I had a lovely voice like yours, I'd be volunteering to read to children here in our local library. I look forward to watching more of your videos and to learning more good ideas on tangling. I've been doing it since early 2012, but I learn something new all the time.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful art with us.
I love your teaching style Joe 🎉❤
Love your video’s ❤ The only thing is there are a lot of commercials in it.
Hi Joyce, I am so pleased hat you enjoy the videos. Unfortunately I have no control over the commercials that KZread add to the listing. I totally understand how annoying they can be and I'd very much prefer that they weren't there.
Awesomeness!! ❤
Thank you! 😄
Loved this! You made it very easy to follow along. Thank you!!
Thank you. I'm glad that you enjoyed it.
Nice work.
Thanks!
So beautiful with such a simple zentangle ❤ Thank you for demonstrating this x
Thank you! 😊I'm glad that you enjoyed it.
Thank you for your teaching!
You are very welcome.
Grazie mille.
Beautiful
So pretty 😊
Thank you! 😊
Getting caught up on your older videos. Really enjoy your teaching style. Thank you!!
Thank you, Polly. You might enjoy my online Tangle Club. It's very relaxed and lots of fun.
I really like your demonstration - clear explanations
I feel it’s important to make things clear and simple.
❤Bellísimo 😊😊😊😊
So simple yet sweet!
One of my favorites, I also like to leave a bit of white for glitter! Thanks for sharing!
Your word glitter…had me grabbing my gelly roll pens and adding a spark of glitter in the center of each fescu. Thanks for the idea Anita
Yes leaving a sparkle dot or break in the ink can make all the difference.
You can also leave little spaces of white, a dot or similar and this creates a perception of shine or sparkle.
Love it ❤❤❤❤
Jo, I really appreciated how you explained that one…this has always been a bit hard for me to make bunzo. I was wondering if you could check the contact section of your website. I have tried to reach out to you twice recently about confirming my enrollment in the retreat, video with kit option. And I haven’t heard back and just wanted to make sure everything worked during the registration.
Hi Andria, Thank you for highlighting the contact difficulties. There was an error on one of the contact links which has now been corrected. You will have received a confirmation email when you registered and I have resent that to the email address that you used to register. I have also emailed you separately. I'm so pleased that you are going to join my retreat via the recordings. 💗
Love this 🎉
Ok....now this is a fun one! Thank you!😊
Get started
Fantastic I must try it, I got a lot of time to try it. I must just get the Tools to do it 🎉🎉💥👍
Hi Aubrey, I don't know where you are based but the basic materials are easy to get hold of from good art stores or online. Let me know how you get on. Jo
Very relaxing videountil the graphite. The cat pooped on the Axminster
Do you mean that you struggle with the shading? I can help with that as I have a specific Shade with Confidence class. Mind you, it might be that your cat has actually pooped on the Axminster....if so I hope the clean up went well!! :-)
I enjoyed the outcome on this one, I really liked how you curved it around !!! Thanks for sharing and inspiring!
You are very welcome, Anita.
You’re a great instructor ✨🫶🏻✨
Aw, thank you, that means a lot! I try to make things easy and understandable. I have more classes available on my website www.zenjo.co.uk
Thank you for spending two weeks teaching illiterate Indian women how to scribble with a pen. If these impoverished and abused outcasts can learn how to make marks on paper then maybe I can too! lol, certified doodle instructor.
I recently found your channel and I’m slowly working through your videos. I really enjoyed this one and I’m learning so much. Thank you for all you do. I followed your ‘resilience’ video and it was great. I’m considering signing up for the Tangle Club on Thursdays.
I am so glad that you found me and are enjoying the videos. I know that you also did the free recorded class that I offered recently. It would be wonderful to have you join Tangle Club as it is such a warm, welcoming and fun group. I look forward to meeting you. Jo
Just found this one. Beautiful 🩷
I loved creating this tangle. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
I love your tangle, it's a pity your fingers are a bit in the way so we can't exactly follow your beautiful drawings.
I am getting better at getting the camera angle just right!! It can be a challenge sometimes!
