    I really like the transmission whine. I think Subaru is worried that people won’t understand what it is and think there’s a problem. Considering getting one of the aluminum pitch stops and transmission mounts to get it feeling a little unruly. WRXs aren’t supposed to be polite.

    Hello there, that's a great video. I was wondering if i could buy this bike as a first bike and keep it in Rain mode for a couple of years in order to learn riding rather than buying a 600cc and then get on the Ninja.

  • @716Flat4
    @716Flat42 ай бұрын

    I think that would honestly depend on the rider. The short answer is "yes, you could". That being said, this bike was so much faster than my 650. It was heavier, took a tad more skill to maneuver it for that reason, it will seem much more massive to a new rider...but if you respect the machine and what it can do to you if you are not careful, then yeah, this would be an amazing bike to learn and grow into. One thing worth noting, the insurance costs on a 1 liter bike are going to probably be 3x what it would be on a 650.

    @@716Flat4 Thank you very much for your clear and honest opinion. I am very close to what you describe, I want to learn carefully and always respect the bike. I believe in my age I feel mature and can limit myself, so this is the good part. I have been a passenger to a liter bike and basically the rider explained me that if you ride the bike until 5 to 6k rpm it's almost the same as a 600cc bike. This Ninja 1000 is one of the most beautiful bikes out there, that suits me the best as a style. Let's hope I will get soon. I really want it.

    Many riders say that putting on a 55 rear tire will help with better corner handling. Why is this? I have a 2019 N1K and am looking at the Michelin Road 6s. If the 55 rear helps with handling then I’ll go that route. Appreciate the insight!

    It is a Remark R1 Cat-back. Strangely, it has less drone now than it did before the RAE intermediate pipe. RAE did mention that a lot of the drone present in this new platform is caused by that section of pipe so it makes sense that the drone was reduced. Honestly, based on that experience, I am willing to bet this intermediate pipe will improve most cat back drones to some degree.

    I just bought one of these its a 2015 ninja 650. I dont have a license yet but Im almost finished with that. I cant wait to ride it. I have been riding for a few years without a license but I just moved to the UK and cant ride here without a license, there are too many cameras lol. I use to drive around with 50 bucks in my pocket and every time the cops pulled me over and asked for my license I would just give them a 50 and they would just say "have a good day sir" and off they went. That doesnt work here in the UK so I have to get my license :(

  • @716Flat4

    lol thats awesome. Yeah the $50 trick wont work where I live, but the good news is that moving violations are all reduced to parking tickets so the local town gets to keep the fine and does not have to remit it to the state...So speeding tickets don't exist here, which helps me out a lot.

    Thanks for watching. Yeah I wont lie, it was a lot of work. It also resulted in inbreeding, which can result in poor health if you let it get bad. I toyed with the idea of doubling down and making a second tank and ordering in fresh genetics from multiple sources...but at the end of the day I split the tank up, reduced feedings and sold everything that was healthy. I do miss being able to sit in front of the tank and interact with them though. Maybe once I own a home, but the size I was going to have to step up to in order to keep that ecosystem stable is not the kind of size a renter should have lol.

    @716Flat410 ай бұрын

    @@rizwankhann95 Do you know where you are sourcing them from? The honest answer is I do not know. A wild caught one would not be ok with that...however most are many generations deep in captivity. At that point, the water parameters of where they are being kept are more important than their natural habitat in some ways. They are a fairly robust species. What I did was buy Cichlid Trace from seachem. Just to make sure the water had the appropriate things. I ended up getting a white rock, cant remember its composition but you often find them in purple too. Anyway, I rinsed it well and sank it and found it kept my tank at great levels. I was lucky in a way. The best advice I can offer is to reach out to whoever you source them from and ask what their water specs are in tank. Dont overcomplicate it, just do what you can to get close to what they have and the fish should be totally fine.
