    I always think Jimmy Savilles remote cottage in the Highlands of Scotland had a 'Moors' type vibe to it. Hmmm. Best not to dwell on the potential of that one. Sunset is stunning though and it's right to remember that Saddleworth Moors were a visited place of nature long before those pieces of shit set foot on it.

    Nah it is yorkshire, all the fucking council does is use Saddleworth for money and to promote Oldham even though it ain't actually Oldham. Therefore people who live in springhead etc thing they live in Saddleworth and go to Saddleworth school when really they have a school just down the road that has 800 spaces available

    this is so fucking creepy for several reasons - firstly, saddleworth moor is clearly infamous for one reason: the fact the remains of a child are amongs the space. secondly, you very disturbingly film yourself up there...alone and thirdly, you stayed over night assumingly because you seem to think it's some protest against the dark and miserable past of the location

  • @razzo15
    @razzo158 жыл бұрын

    what an idiot. It is a beautiful natural place that anyone can freely access. There are remains everywhere under our feet. Will you not go to a cemetery because children are buried there? As for very disturbingly, HOW? He is an innocent man enjoying nature and wanting to show the rest of the world how simple and easy it is to do. You are a complete and utter idiot. The moors were there before the murders and people visited all the same. Should we just shut it off and never let anyone visit there again?

    Nice review! Being a larger guy, I've been interested in how well a down blanket would work instead of trying to find a sleeping bag that I fit comfortably in. I'm wondering how low of a temperature you've had used this in, so far. I don't imagine I'd be using it for anything less than 0C (32F), so if it would be decent enough for that, I'd definitely look into getting it. I'd be using it with a SeatoSummit pad (R value=2.5).

    It's always good to see some videos from different areas and Yes your right, why pay out lots of money and travelling for hours when you have a great spot with excellent views basically on your own doorstep. I'm the same, I can be in the Galloway Forest Park in 25-30mins, so I rarely go anywhere else to camp. Atb Glenn.
