  Crazy, I just saw their commercial yesterday and today. The first time I saw it and heard of it, not even online have I seen it. I tried the Keto Chow brand a couple of times, and it's confusing with their website and instructions. I just want to try this. It's simple to make, complete w ingredients and ratios I want.

  i thought an Arraylist was meant to be like Arraylist <String> name = new Arraylist(); . I didnt see you using the <String> part . Is it necessary?
