Consider scalp oils for hair growth, with consistent use it realllllllly helps me. And be careful of products you use too, some were helping along my ever thinning hair. Rosemary and mint are really great for hair growth. I love using it with castor oil, biotin and jojoba oil too

You are awesome Grace. Journaling is another way to get your thoughts out to clear your head. I find journaling and talk therapy works best for me. Having a group friends can be emotionally draining. For me, it takes a real effort to separate my emotions and thoughts from the person I’m interacting with. It can become a huge bundle of confusion I have to sort out later. That’s not the case for all my interactions with people. For example - if I engage with someone who feels super energized and I don’t, I get anxious no matter how close I am to them. And vice versa - let’s say they’re being pessimistic, it’ll bring me down and anxious. I do feel a lot of empathy and sympathy for the world at large. I just have to be careful how much expend outside of my small circle.

I empathize with your hair loss. Although I was between 50-55 years old when I had a massive hair shed event lasting a couple of years. It was a diffuse - no patches - whole head scary event. Thank you for sharing your story!! You did a great job on your cut. It’s cute and very flattering!! I just found this video and I’m gonna try it😁

Hear me out: Instead of using that plastic bandages with holes. This is what you can do: - Lay the mesh like she did - Get a thin sheet (maybe an old bed sheet) and damp it with mod podge water mix in a bucket - Squeeze the excess water and lay the wet sheet on top of the mesh. Spray Stiffen Stuff on the sheet. Make sure to cut the edges of the sheet a little bit. Wait overnight - Next day, the sheet will be dry, apply your plaster filler mixture like she does.

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I’m jumping in and making two huge pieces for our house and in my trials the spackle paste alone was hard to get an even spread…I’m a rookie so it’s even harder…so I went looking something else to add into spackle and found your video. It seems like it’s so much easier to spread. The trick is not doing it too thick😂. I couldn’t find anyone else that shared their recipe so thank you so much. I’m now subscribed to your channel❤

  • @AllThingsGrace

It smooths out the texture and can act as a sealant. Don't apply the paste too thick to avoid cracking

Is adding water a no-no, cause I added some to my baby powder mix because it was to thick and chalky and it became like starch with water, you know, when ya hit it, it's hard like rock but when stirred gently it's very runny. Why did this happen when I didn't use starch, but used baby powder which is talcum I thought???
