  You mean How to remove the selection or delete the pixels? To remove the selection press Ctrl+D. To delete the selected pixels simply press del key.

  1. Remove background 2. Solid color-white 3. Layer color fill placed middle 4. Duplicate 5. Smart object for dupclated image 6. Add saturation -100 7. Select duplicate image 8. Invert 9. Change normal blending to color dodge 10. Gaussian Blur 11. Add contract at curve
