"my name is skrillex" LOL
Love you guys
What an era
Anyone knows the other artist that Floss said? Isoxo, Knock2 and? ST? Water? cant understand
It’s the sd water boys! It’s their crew of producers & friends from San Diego 🙌🏽
Omg this feels like forbidden knowledge soooo inspired
Thanks so much for putting this on, so many nugs of knowledge! Floss the goat, for the UVR and MVSEP stuff, I noticed that not all of the models listed on MVSEP are available in UVR to download. Is that intentional? Am I just missing something?
Really really insightful. Love how much floss is into latest and greatest tech
These interviews are so great. The producers are always so down to earth and cool and I’m so happy for their success. I love learning about the details of their production process too. Really motivates me to keep producing. Y’all gotta get Isoknock on here at some point!
Djs been double tracks since the 90s, he invented the wheel
DnB djs been double dropping since the 90s😂😂😂 USA still playing catch up
I mean I don’t disagree at all but why yall always concerned with the USA, go enjoy your better culture lmao
@@potatosan4250 apologies I wasn't trying to be disrespectful or say UK culture is in any way superior to USA, it just shocked me to the point of laughing out loud that these two Legends didn't know what a double drop was, and someone else in the comments mentioned a DJ doing it a decade ago. Just wanted to point out it's been done my DJs for a good 3 decades
@@DRW.1 nah im with ya man haha im just as surprised. im not prideful about america but its just funny how many uk ppl are always bringing it up (like "them other rappers" type bars lmao)
3 different youtube titles. minmax clickbait
Im a fan of Ray volpe since 2016 and I so happy to see how he grow up in the bass industry, keep going Ray !! I have anxiety and ADHD to. 🫶🏼
There must exist an AI tool which not only recreates something new but also teaches you how to make quality productions!
Love the Lower definition shout out!!!
Such W stuff like this took me more than months ( I never finished stuff as good as AI)
cant wait to see what you guys think of Filterverse or Supermodel from polyverse! LOL
Literally made some AI vocals for a track yesterday and I love it!!! (Gonna release soon checkout my page)
Flosstradamus must like start a masterclass istg
3:20 maybe it is "Where Are Ü Now"
so many people on here are thinking that this is gonna replace producing lmao. this is gonna be NUTS for sound design and getting inspiration
Infekt says it’s a skrillex tune before he drops it
Hes a beast
I love VOLPE
Why are we automating art?… Moloch (pronounced MOL-uck): An accelerating race towards a goal that has both a tremendous payoff and that guarantees self destruction. It’s a race to the bottom, where the bottom is the destruction of the thing itself. This is the problem with the “if I don’t do it, someone else will” argument.
if this scares anyone, or you want to throw out the idea of even using any AI- consider that technology/computers/robots have always been a threat to artists- and an artists job has ALWAYS been to rise above obstacles not cry about them, cower from them, or try to destroy them. we destroy them by the power of our art, not complaining and setting rules. we are artists because we break rules, and demolish any attempts the world throws at us through how powerful our art is.
it's a sample and idea generator. adapt or die. we just added a 70s psych guitar solo to a friend's song and it sounds insane. used UVR to extract the stems. added some fx, tweaked it a little, worked it the same way you would use any other sample. I've been a hater on AI from a video work standpoint but stuff like this is making me rethink it has the potential to be a crazy useful tool that we might as well learn to wrangle before it eats us for lunch. session players might be scared though, having your own sauce is gonna be more important than ever.
I'm using this now on a track I've been trying ot finish up and it took my song to some crazy new levels ... Now I just have to figure out how to make sounds that are similar to what the AI made ...
It is my opinion that if Ai is pulling ideas exclusively from an algorithm that has been curated by human minds then it will always be playing catch up. - Also this is not really “artificial intelligence” if it cannot produce something by itself. it would be leaning into a sentient being that would have its own opinions rather than pulling DATA from again, an algorithm created off the efforts of human creation. - “Ai” is starting to feel like another major gimmick similar to the crypto buzz of the early 2020s… crypto was supposedly going to change the world… where is it now 😂
But this isn't the case.
Just stop caring about what other people are doing honestly, comparison kills creativity just as much as instant gratification kills passion. AI is unsurprising in a society that generationally failed the marshmallow test time and time again. Have fun killing your own creativity for a transactional version of “success” that will feel empty and hollow because you didn’t have to sacrifice/work for it. Oh well, who cares, more pay to play gamers to go around I suppose. 💀
XLNT the goats. These interviews are gold
This comment section is toxic. All these non musicians crying on behalf of UMG, Sony, Capitol, Atlantic, Rhino, and Warner Bros. You are all slaves for your record label masters. Put those chains back on and hit the fields you capitalist throlls.
スクリレックスまじ最高
That is wild!! So if you were to use an AI generated song from Suno and then lets say sample a piece of that i your own original mix is that allowed? Because then Suno could be used as a unlimited sample generator?
There was so much thrown at me right here but I love it. All game changers
producers are f***ed and not cooked
Stop changing your titles. its weak
How Tf do they not know what a double or triple is😂
Brostep = nostep
if yall are cool with stealing copywrited music to use for ai, then i guess you're cool with stealing sound packs to use for songs. noted.
It is even not remotely stealing.
