I grew up being taught Christianity, quite strictly I might add, I fell away when I was in highschool after vehemently defending the gospel for the first couple years, I did the same detective work I did against my atheist classmates and found myself skeptical of Christianity and therefore became an Agnostic. Still not sure if I believe the supernatural powers and stuff in general but I think Judaism is a lot closer to the truth than some others.

Compared to Christianity and Islam, Judaism to me looks like the most philosophical and open philosophically religion of the Abrahamic religions and closer to those of the East like Buddhism, Taoism and so on. Especially in terms of human nature as well. I would really appreciate more intakes and comparisons between these religions! Regards!

I’m very disappointed in the rabbi! He is conflating what’s happening now with the past. This is from your perspective! History has it differently. I’ve watched a few lectures now, your teachings are very much different from other rabbis. This just seems like a propaganda lecture and an emotional rant, topped with no evidence whatsoever. I just calculateD the value of 'v' in the Lorentz factor with values of 13.7 billion versus 5784 years and the value of 'v' ended up as 1! my calculator rounded it off after 12 decimals.

So I have chosen to comment before hearing your explanation. I am doing this in the context of a person who believes my faith, or however a person so wishes to name their belief, that for me this is the most personal relationship- so much I do not often share. I personally believe that it is not for me to convince anyone of what to believe- that is a manipulation of ignorance to me and it feels negative. It is not for me to do. If I convince you, it’s not your choice.. if I anger you, it’s conflict. Not true to self. In this context, I am lost to most family so my journey has been varied and is autonomous now. I am drawn to what is written and I feel a beautiful connection, it’s personal. I do not see where any evil comes from. I have debated Rabi to be where I am. I have been fortunate to spend much of my life within deeply committed Jewish communities. This is why i cannot understand where any of the writings did not push humility, equality, and personal journey to be your best self- to trust you are who you are meant to be and created in perfection. Again this is coming from a place of a very personal belief- it is a feeling. I have not seen anything to support any evil intention of greed or harm to others.. and on the contrary, I cannot put my heart into any other religion because of the immediate contraction to every other group- simply because the most common teaching I know is to worship no other- so the irony of literature selected for personal gain at the cost of others, or the reinforcement to believe you are not good enough as you are when you were created in perfection.
Interesting but it is important to bare in mind most midrashim are meant to be understood allegorically, not literally. As ethical lessons, not historical fact, as I go over in my latest video on how to approach midrash and agadata.

First music now time. Absolutely amazing. One thing i always said is Judaism is the only religion to answer all my questions. Spiritually or not. I used to say that time doesn't exist because 5 minutes at work can feel like an hour to me and an hour at wonderland to you feels like 5 minutes. Then i studied Albert Einstein's theory of relatively and thought it was a better way to think about time. Thank you for sharing your lectures with the public. I hope you will appreciate what I'm about to tell you. We have tested 15 different families in the Southeast US from Alabama , the Carolinas, Virginia, West Virginia Tennessee, Kentucky. This was autosomal DNA. We tested rural families ( to avoid the possible affects of inward migration)who have been in their places since the Civil War. Every individual was related to Jewish populations and matched DNA from Israel. All matched Iberia, Berber, Arab and all matched Cherokee, Miwok, Athabaskin Indian. Interestingly, none had British or Western Europe to any substantial amount. We don't understand this. I'm amusing we are descendants of Sephardim who came here without being noticed. Many of us are returning/converting. My family has all converted and we love being Jews. There are apparently millions of us in the Americas. And we American men are circumcised so we have the mark of the covenant.
