Jane Turner (Kath) must be the unspoken centre of attention at the high powered events she attends with her diplomat husband. It might be interesting to note I’ve been within arms length of her and she is ageless….meaning you wouldn’t know if she was 30 or 60

Some people with all the luck. If I had a camera that cost £60,000, it would sell at an auction for £20. Then again, I never had and I know that I never will have more than a couple of Thousand Pounds.

I think after auction fees they still had 16 grand or so for comic relief! I watch this series and usually they may only make a few hundred profit (if that) by the end of the week, so this was a record!

Every episode has always been money for children in need- they usually only make a few hundred if that each programme, but turned out this was a very rare early pocket camera. It was bought in a shop in Margate I think

A bygone age, when neighbours reported children's misbehaviour to parents and those children faced the consequences from their parents. It was the same in South America, If neighbours saw us misbehaving or heard us being disrespectful they reported it to our parents and we faced the consequences.
