  There's no break-in for rod bearings. Changing the oil after 500-1000 yes. But all you need to do is drive it for a few miles to make sure u hear no crazy noises. But yeah I learned this after 500 boring ass miles when I did mine 🤣.

  @@PHILLS2K yeah after like 10-20 miles of cautious driving to make sure the car is put together right. Good to go. I changed the oil after 100 miles, then 1000 miles cuz I was paranoid 🤣

  I order ngk from Amazon, or ebay if I'm not in a rush. Amazon is same day or overnight delivery from the same vendor as autozone, fcp, ecs, etc. Only thing is fcp has lifetime warranty so overpaying with them SOMETIMES is worth it because they replace for free. (I've never used it yet but that's the logic)
