  Dont always sit with AP loaded as well. if a ship is at range and you just fired at them and they're turning, switch shells the moment you fire so you can hit them with the HE while they're angled at you then switch back immediately after. I like to start games with HE loaded for that exact reason, or to get a lucky dev strike on a destroyer off the rip

  I know I'm very late but to do this you have to beat the reunions mission, the one that you kill kellogg then take his brain to doctor amari, if you do the curies quest before it won't pop up, then you have to talk to curie and tell her it's doctor amari to help her. I gotten curies effection up to that then as soon as i did that mission it changed from find someone to help to talk to doctor amari/talk to curie.

  I love my Bodyonny. (I think that's how you spell it lol) I can manage close to 80,000 damage a game. It's got the same caliber as the Pensacola when i upgraded my camander but it's classified as a light cruiser? 🤔🧐🤨 But with my Pensacola, I struggle with it so much that I get sunk within the first 5 minutes of gameplay 🤣 😭🤦

  For new destroyer captains, this video is a really good start and there is a lot to get you rolling. With that said, it's nonsense for advanced play. Every single DD is different with their own unique strengths and weaknesses, what they are really good at doing, etc. As a DD, getting caps is not even remotely always the priority as there are many play types with them that will help you win more games.. You can go gunboat, stealth, speed, various range torps with different performance profiles, recon, AA, etc. There is absolutely no such thing as one type of playstyle for DDs. Play through several tiers in each line to figure out HOW you want to play then target those types of ships. As well, do yourself a favor and wean off Twist and Track as soon as you can, it's a lazy skill that will hold you back from taking the step from being a good DD captain to an elite captain.

  Hyūga, everytime. My experience in Warspite is too dreadful, so i sold it, but it doesn't matter, cuz i got Hyūga, literally, almost immediately after i sold Warspite, to compensate for selling Warspite, from just 3 Golden Week crates out if the 6 that i collected.
