@@ellzgoespro6568 Thank you for responding. 🙂
Nowadays he wouldn’t need to pull over….Bluetooth lol.
I'm so glad I grew up in the 80s before this internet crap
I remember watching this when it premiered in September of 84. Was in high school. Awesome times!
I was a month from turning 4 but somehow I still remember watching the series. It's crazy what one remembers. Thanks for sharing!
Scotty wheeler reminds me of my brother
Michael Mann at his finest 😘👌
When my father was a cop he had a brand new Gran Fury just like that one, and even with the police engine in it and the few bolt on parts there's no way in hell that it would get near that Ferrari. You drop the hammer on that Ferrari and that square box Dodge is going to be a little dot in the rearview mirror.
I have this series on DVD. Going to have to watch them.
Oh big deal. My GMC terrain has a red cluster to. Pfffff...
Watch this when I get TOO sad over the Daytona eating a stinger.
My brother's keeper watch it all time Phil Collins
Philip Michael and Don johnson were the originals and the best
I have the poster. I could never decide between the two. Just gets me when the car starts up.
Excellent
Nobody was making television like this before this. These are cinematic shots with character dialogue being spoken right over the top of popular songs that you could hear on the radio debuting the week before. And who in the world could’ve thought to mount a camera on the front of that Jaguar to get thatl low angle shot? I can’t even think of another time I’ve seen that shot.
Iconic scene
absolutely loved this show and the song is simply Fantastic
un clasicazo por siempre de serie y cancion clasica por siempre
This scene along with the Brothers In Arms episode and the Little Miss Dangerous episode were spine tingly good. Life did not get any better than watching those scenes right before you went out to do your thing on Friday night.
This song is Miami Vice
It was so cooollll… no one knows these when you not was a part of the 80‘s you can‘t imaging it
MIAMI VICE WAS THE BEST COP 👮♂️ SERIES EVER IN 80S 😎⚡️👍⚡️🇺🇸
They were on a mission with a fly ass song in the drop top
The amazing thing is that Miami really was this bat shit crazy in the 80’s.
I bought my 19 GT Mustang Convertible four years ago and drove through every major city on the east, but Miami with that Song brought me back to 80ties…
Cool show, but be honest, Miami still has nasty beaches and in the 80's it was full of Cubans and Haitians
Mismi Vice was an evolution in entertainment!
Andy Taylor from Duran Duran!! One of the best guitarists of all time! Hope you get better, Andy and rejoin Duran Duran soon permanently!
11 year old me was blown away by this scene... this track... in 1984 😎
Shit was going down on dat Colombian shipment 😮
The world will never be this cool again.
Best theme song ever!! Like something was going down!!! EPIC!!! the rest of this show was history . Every Friday night me and my brother locked in!!!
I'm so happy and privileged that I was born in an era to experience this from the beginning...Gen X all the way people...😊👍😎
The way "The Fat Boy" jumped off the curb has me laughing back to the 80s
Ikr it was so cute to me 🤣🤣🤣
i'm not exaggerating or speaking from ignorance: as a total media junkie i think this is my favorite television sequence period. the phone call is just so perfectly edited.
Epic!!!!!
Gratest tv series..in Italy was a masterpiece!
This is the Best Scene in Cinematic History. I remember driving down to the Miami Vice set in 1985-1987, hoping to be an extra. The street lights on the hood of the Daytona are awesome.
My favorite part "i trusted you" !!!! And then the scene where they are driving. No talking. Just silence, driving through the night. I HATE when they start talking. It ruins everything!
I truly believe that such dominance and cool level can no longer be achieved... ever
I loved it all, especially the car
Hi that'll go fast & the Ferrari wil slide underneath the trunk trailer without scratch or no dents & the other car got there car roof got slice off 😮
Let's go cruising in the Ferrari daytona spider 😊
What a Hoot.
I truly miss this show, and I wish it would come back on any network, please 🙏
My husband and I watched this every week every episode 🔥❤
A M A Z I N G !
❤
I remember watching Miami Vice on Fridays, I was born in 1981. My dad worked between his Masters and J.D. I was 6 when he graduated, Miami Vice came out in his 2 yr I believe, we would watch this on Friday nights!! It's amazing what you can remember at 5/6, 38 yrs later my 6 year old and I watch Miami Vice lol. Great Show, Michael Mann is the man #Legendary
Can someone give some context to this scene? I wanna know exactly *why* this is so iconic.
