  I visited the museum at West Point, NY in 1981 and 1982 with my Grandfather. He took a lot of pictures when we were there. I was twelve and thirteen when I visited West Point and the museum. I found all the pictures he took of those two visits Christmas 2023... didn't even know I had them they were in the attic in bags. My Grandfather was a retired Army Officer in the Connecticut Army National Guard. Got his commission at Army OCS at Fort Benning, GA in 1950. One of the pictures he took was a German STg 44 rifle at the West Point museum...the original "assault rifle." Cool museum I wonder if it has changed a lot.

  This video has too much talk and not enough show of the skeletons and reconstructed bodies of now extinct animals. The entire area of the La Brea Tar Pits is surrounded by other museums...LACMA, LA County Museum of Art, the Academy of Motion Pictures museum in the old May Company building, and the Peterson Auto Museum across Wilshire Blvd. Oh, and if hungry, stop at Pinks Hot Dog stand just up the street a ways. Hmm, not bad for a person that lives in small-town Kentucky.

  The guy lies about the sacking of Constantinople in 1204. First of all, the crusaders were there at the invitation of a member of the Byzantine Imperial Family who wanted to assume the throne. He wanted the crusaders' help to do it! Edit: Ok, the lady at least mentions this a little later.

  I am halfway through this and Urge for Going has been on my mind (Tom's version) for so long. His choices of songs just are so deeply moving. His best of CD has been a steady traveling companion and I can't say enough about it. Few people can make me love a song more than the original. His version of Jamaica Say You Will by Jackson Browne is another great example of the cover version topping the original for me. Tom's music is haunting, meditative, mournful, and deeply compelling.

  What a gigantic load of BS, if you think that all of this could be thought up designed the groundworks laid the plumbing the electrical all the materials gathered and then built inspected and landscaping be done all in 2 years for 200 buildings then you will just about believe anything. Especially since it can take a year just to design one building in today's day and age.

  The angel said Hail Mary ,full of grace” NOT highly favored! That is inaccurate and a cowardly concession to Protestant attitude toward the Blessed Mother. Being FULL OF GRACE means MUCH MORE than “ highly favored” . You do a great disservice, to say the least, to those readers who expect the true word of God in their Bible! Truth, not concession to faithless minds, is the only way to true conversions.

  This is much outdated, as there has been current validation of the Shroud, via blood testing as AB type, plus the 1988 carbon dating has already been debunked, and the university in England that did the testing was in short paid off to state the Shroud is fake, which it is not. Naysayers need to repent. God is trying to give all of his flock proof.
