  sir i had done 2 months ago sinus FEES and ESS surgery and my doctor remove cyst from my left sinus and now i have pain inside in my sinus and also have neck pain my doctor told me you will feel normal after 3 months is this right?

  Hello, sorry to hear your condition. There is a chance you may be having an infection or some other cause of the neck pain. Usually sinus surgery and neck pain is not associated. Please visit your ENT specialist doctor. :)

  i always feel pressure behind my right side of neck sometimes left... and daily white sputum gets out from my i have to exert pressure to release that mucus or sputum.. what it should be ? I'm feeling it from last6 years, gone through Pns ct scan ,it was reported .. retention cyst in right maxillary sinus . can you please help me is it due to that ? I'm fed up from this daily mucus building.. and discomforted pressure like feeling behind my neck..

  @@drpareshpnaik-entsurgeon sir as per your thought what it could be ? i only feel pressure in sometimes right side behind my neck or sometimes left, but wherever i feel pressure, the mucus or white sputum like stuff gets out from there only , i have to exert pressure to put it out while day i have to do this activity, from last 6 years.. I'm non smoker , i don't even take any alcohol or beer... many ent have prescribed me antibiotics and multivitamin tablets , but hadn't worked well.. situation is as it is , u have employed so much money also , but sadly not cured.. i don't have any physical pain .

  I suffer from Vasomotor rhinitis since 12 years. No medication seems to work for me. I have tried ipratropium bromide, anti histamine, dymista, nasonex, allegra etc. Currently, im taking capsaicin spray. It doesnt work aswell. I had to under go inferior turbinectomy surgery with no improvement. What do you recommend ? How can I get rid of nasal blockages, rhinorrhoea, sneezing etc. It bothers me a lot and i am unable to concentrate.

  In my mother's CT scan it says large retention cysts occupying nearly entire maxillilary sinus.. She has dizziness and eye site become little blur please guide me what it means.. The doctor just gave common cold medicine but the dizziness hasnt gone away

  Thanks, checking all previous 3D including crossections of human body through centre of nose was difficult visualization of nose structure being left sinus sufferer. Your 3D clarified the area around smell zone. So it is bone hanging look like hook on each side of Septum in upper area.😜👻🐸🇨🇦

  Hi sir, first i would adress the deviated septum followed by the haller cells. Then after check-up consider slight turbinate reduction if nasal obstruction is still present.

  Posting this for all to reads nerve wracking but I’m desperate. Can u do “how to read a HN Ct for dummies?” For salivary, parotid, nasopharyngeal or HN cancers w/similar symptoms? I wanna read my Ct. My doc wrote ‘suspected neck mass’ on the order. I think the radiologist missed it looking for a mass in my neck & noted lymph node swelling but didn’t bother looking for the above cancers. 3yrs ago I found a lump behind my ear. 4mo’s later, developed tinnitus & floaters. These were my main symptoms for 2+yrs til Last march. Then my nodes swelled 1 at a time under both ears, chin, now my necks swollen. Got a knot in my mouth, signs of oral cancer & small lumps in my jaw bone & tissue. I feel/see something thru my palate & have flashes in my sight not small spots anymore. My ears ring. I’m going nuts & Im downplayed by docs. 5 in my family had or died of cancer (including a child) I’m a former smoker. This sounds nuts but I know this’s cancer.
