  Bel hôtel certes!mais avec certaines attitudes vis à vis de certains peuples! Par moment le vallet n'est pas sur place! Bous montez vos bagages seuls! Le nettoyage de la chambre laissé à désirer quelque fois! Répétition des serviettes de douches. Bref! Arrangez et t sera parfait!

  Great video you guys. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S

  Beautiful hotel and rooms great entertainment but the food is the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel before with flies everywhere we had to leave hotel every night to eat, the cocktails were also vile bright coloured sweet drinks and cheap alcohol There was also no ramps just stairs everywhere so constantly carrying a pram down loads of steps almost falling over. It’s a shame as it’s a stunning hotel my room was out of this world with huge balcony. Entertainment shows were amazing

  Cloud 22 isnt really part of The Royal Hotel, Atlantis. You room will cost your £600 a night but you wont have any access to Cloud 22 unless you pay to get in. WTF.

  We had our third month long stay at this hotel in March. It was the fairmont last time we were there . The fabric of the hotel is extremely run down . We had water leaks in our room when it rained The floors were damaged and uneven in the rooms . We changed rooms 3 times due to damp and other issues. Only one lift served the entire complex the others were out of order the whole time . Such a shame not a 5 star hotel . Much work needs doing to recover it.
