  There is no way you are a 38-inch band! I wear a 34/36 and a 38 would be big on me. If I did this method, I would be a 40DD/E, not a 34/36H To add 4 or 5 inches does not work accurately! This explains why so many Americans are 40 inch plus on their band.

  I quoted inside the pan with a thick layer of baking soda for a few hours, then filled it with white vinegar - soak overnight. Used a scrub daddy, rinse a few times, season and bake @ 400 for an hr.

  I'm so confused. The "new" way if measuring means I'm a 36 D. The old way, as she describes in this video, I'm a 38 A. There's no way I'm a D cup. I don't understand why people are saying not to add numbers to the band? I can't fill a D cup!

  According to the Food Network- Rub the Pan with a Thin Film of Neutral Oil First, using a paper towel, coat the pan with a neutral oil like canola or vegetable oil (including the bottom and handle of the pan). Wipe away all excess oil so no pooling oil is visible - the oil should just coat the metal. The pan should feel practically dry to the touch. Using too much will cause your pan to become sticky 2. Bake the Pan for 1 Hour Bake upside down in the oven at 350 degrees F for 1 hour (line the rack below with foil to catch any oil drips). This will protect the surface and give it an almost nonstick quality.

  Checkout the Hoover clean slate for a powerful handheld cleaner with a muuuch wider nozzle on it, you’ll clean 3x as fast. The pink stuff isn’t great and a pretty bad $ value- try cif cream or bar keepers friend.
