    A High IGG is normal, it just means your body has anti-bodies. Sometimes peoples go down, some peoples don't. 90 percent of the population has this. The disease is highly contagious, guess what, her boy friend has it too... If you have Igm with high levels of IgG and EBNA then your virus is active. This is very very common and 90 percent of the time not life threatening (unless yuu have a auto-immune disorder)

    Thank you so much! I just had my annual physical / lab work at my primary care doctor and happy to report that my labs are great and all at normal ranges. They didn't test any EBV specific markers. And overall as long as I eat healthy and try to get sleep and lower my stress when it gets too high, I am generally good! I still can't eat gluten because I get reactions and I don't do eggs (I've read this feeds the virus) and I also don't do dairy because I'm allergic. Long periods of stress can activate some shingles-type symptoms for me though, so I prioritize self care. Because of the shingles symptoms, I also stopped drinking alcohol because it worsens some nerve issues along my neck/arm/fingers.

    Unpopular opinion-im only 33 going through some "weird" symptoms myself. After taking an ebv test my NP told me it was active but convinced me that wasnt the root of my problem. So after doing some digging on the internet i joined Live Disease Free program convinced that i was dealing with a parasite infection or fungal (which im treating both now, although it hasnt relieved my symptoms). It hasnt all been a wash though because in the program Pam (the lady who guide/runs it talks about chlorine dioxide). I wouldn't look it up on google they will scare you. She actually gave a lot of great resources and podcasts like Dr Andrew Kalcker etc talking about how it gives oxygen to your body and kills fungus, larasites, viruses. A lot of ppl have used it to cure many different ailments. I have not tried it yet orally but i have heard many great healings from it --including viral-- is my point. So maybe its something to look into. Theres a lot of propaganda against it but i also feel like our medical world does not want us well.. just a suggestion to do some research

    i dont believe the synonyms and classificiations describing ONE plant based on their growths/size stages. Thesres only one monstera deliciosa and one is younger (or perhaps more neglected which stunned their growth) and the other is older (or just better cared for). Your normal monstera you bought at ikea can get just as huge and holey under optimal conditions as like every other one. If she planted her monstera into outdoor soil in florida this plant would slowly take over her whole garden and climb up trees and sprout fruits if healthy and strong. Not a "super size small form" anymore but a "super duper giant ultimate big size form"

  • @Freemasonry
    @Freemasonry5 ай бұрын

    @Krolted when you buy a monstera at most big box stores or nurseries you are getting a borginsana, aka small form. These aren't actually deliciosa, they are another plant. I have about 8 small form and one large, and the large is a different animal with much more fenistrations.

    Hi Bianca, thanks for sharing all of this. So, I contracted CMV (Cytomegalovirus - a betaherpesvirus) from my ex-partner and I had suffered from mono like symptoms (for 3-4 days only) but since then I'm asymptomatic (it has been more than 1.5 yrs). I'm constantly worried and full of anxiety that what if CMV will cause greater issues once I get old (maybe in my 50s, 60s or beyond), and is it fatal? I have read so many research publications online about CMV, it also causes latent persistent infection but I had my blood test done very recently and my report came out absolutely normal. I had normal ranges of neutrophils (slightly at higher end of the normal range), normal lymphocytes, a little less absolute monocyte count, normal total leucocyte count, and normal CRP. Do you have any idea if this virus is a threat to my well-being and will I have serious health issues later on in life? and any steps that I can take to keep this virus in remission? p.s: As per my recent test for CMV, my CMV IgG is 90 AU/mL (which is positive) and CMV IgM is negative. I'm in my late 20s. p.p.s: I had a breakup 8 months back due to which I went into a lot of stress and anxiety which rose my CMV IgG levels to 127 AU/mL back in May 2023. I also wanted to sue my ex for lying to me that he was a virgin. So, after our first physical meeting (that's when I contracted CMV), i got to know (I made him reveal it all) that he had done oral sex. He also told me that he didn't know that he has CMV. After getting to know all of this I was truly devastated and have had visited to several docs, all of them telling me that CMV is not harmful to immunocompetent people (like EBV, i guess). My family advised me to not go for the court case as it will not only be waste of time and money but it will hugely impact my mental health. I'm huge huge overthinker and sometimes I get bad anxieties thinking about what will happen when i'm 60 years above of age. As you also know immunity weakens in old age and that is when opportunistic pathogens like CMV and EBV can reactivate and cause harm. I'm literally depressed right now and your thoughts on this would be truly appreciated!

    My 20 Year tested positive for EBV/Mono. He started having bad allergies for a few months, then a few days of fatigue than started saying he was feeling dizzy sort of drunk and then slurred speecv. After a visit to ENT, he said it was not vertigo but concerned he could be having a stroke. Took him to the hospital where they ran a bunch of test and there they tested him for mono. He has severe elevated liver enzymes, inflammed spleen, inflammed kidney but what is worst is he developed a cerebellar ataxia which has left him bed ridden as he is unable to walk unassisted, he is unable to move as anything triggers diziness and nausea. His speec is that of a 3-4 year old. Its been only 2 weeks and I am doing everything I can to help him recover. Please if you feel sick do not stop researching until you get a diagnostic. I wish his primary had done bloodwork when he complained about his fatigue, naybe he would have not ended this bad. So the doctor he is now seeing said the first focus is to try and bring all inflamation down. His treatement is based on steroids, acid reducers and anstihistamines. Next we will need to see a neurologist and check bloodwork every so often to see how he is progressing.

    Wow. I feel like mine got triggered from a full day of exposure to Clorox wipes when I deep cleaned my whole house without gloves or a mask. Was it laminate flooring that you installed in your own house and then because you were in your home a lot it caused you to get sick?

    Hello. Yes, I still have Home Depot brand 'Traffic Master' laminate wood flooring in bedroom, which has been sealed off for several months. It's poison to my system. It's a dilemma because my landlord can't replace it for a while. And so, I believe the laminate outgassing caused sleep deprivation which triggered a massive stress event. The next morning, I woke up with my limbs feeling heavy like concrete. My condition has come a long way in six months, but the fatigue -- battery at 25% in morning, 50% during the day and evening -- remains despite many attempts to find a remedy. Chemical exposure is very hazardous to humans in the short term and long term. I have no choice but to sleep without any bed linens whatsoever and my wardrobe consists of thin athletic wear. Every textile I buy triggers a nerve + sensory reaction due to chemical outgassing. 😮 @BiancaBonus

    Time warp results: After 21 days of drinking organic celery juice in the morning on an empty stomach, I experienced extreme digestive issues which forced me to stop 👎.
