    The Advance Health Directives for Mental Health (AHDMH) is for anyone needing help to prepare for future care decisions, relating mainly to their mental health. The document has been available in Queensland since 2017. An AHDMH is different to a general Advance Health Directive (AHD), which anyone can complete to plan for future medical care, including possible dementia.
