  Better version and much closer to the book as the netflix series. A lot more critical messages of environment abuse as on the netflix version. Best of this the scene at the end when captain Shi Quiang shows the locusts and other bugs his respect. Only a small flaw: on the netflix series as in the book there is this scene WHY Ye Wenje is not allowed to use the sun as augmenting object for her messages, why this is political very risky. The Great helmsman Mao had discribed himself as the Red Sun. So, it is heretic and contra-revolutinary to goofing around with the real sun and using it for trivial purposes.

  第一次接触三体，来自于《科幻世界》的连载，当时印象最深刻的就是基于人力逻辑门的冯诺依曼计算机，多年之后能够在影视作品中看到重现的激动是很难用言语描述的。这是一部忠于原著的佳作

  I mean this series is good so far. But I really liked the game aspect as well as the whole backstory of Ye Wenge from the book and Netflix. Looking fwd to those parts in this series.

  出现时间这个设定前前后后搞了两集，这种事情两分钟就交代清楚了，一直闪回，有气无力的搞的像个拖沓的鬼片，讲话镜头，连翻个书都慢的可以，两倍速差不多接近正常人说话语速

  I liked the Netflix show . But after watching this the Netflix one is more like a trailer that lets out all the secrets too fast..and for the shock and awe they make the universe blink and everything. But somehow it works better this way. This one they really bring up that fear this book is playing on the fear of the unknown and finding out that you aren’t the apex predator or civilisation.

  Beautiful ending. Got me thinking (though I highly doubt it's the plan) but even if someone can see a move coming, countering it is another matter. Can start developing a lot of underground living and defense strategies to go with it, while lining the surface with mass drivers (or similar) and neatly cover it up (unless informing the public is judged to be better) as plans for developing asteroid defence.
