Many thanks, that was very helpful. I wonder whether you can recommend some equipment I can use when visiting my 102 year old aunt. Even with hearing aids conversing with her is extremely difficult. The only thing I can think of is; I speak into a microphone that connects with a headset I put on my aunt. I am 73 myself and not terribly 'techy'. Is there something you could recommend, please. I am English and live in England, therefore I would have to be able to buy it here. Kindest Regards, Linda

For the improvement of life in America at what purpose is preventing suicide of VIRGINIA Citizens at any level of life or time? What loss is Virginia in modern life or its future, pragmatically speaking if calculus was applied for social improvement?

All these virus outbreaks are because of the viruses they use in vaccines. They use what's called recombinant DNA. Each country uses different vaccines with different recombinant dna. Every pharmaceutical company uses different mammalian DNA and biotechnology . Learn About GISAID. Mrna vaccines use recombinant dna. Each country gets a different vaccine with different animal DNA.. Ferrets canine. Monkey. Bats. Novavax is using moth dna. This is mad science....smarten up fools.

Haha I watched this video on the Yale website and found it on KZread just so I could comment that nurses are not “support staff” lol but someone already beat me to it. I hope you realize how disgusting it is to call highly trained and educated nurses support staff… The nurse is thee primary caretaker, assessor, observer, and critical thinker involved in the patients care. Many receive further training and can prescribe, diagnose, and treat. Now the quality of some nurses vary, but as an icu nurse and code team leader for the entire hospital at a lvl 1 trauma center I find this very shortsighted and massively undervaluing what nurses do and are capable of doing. I love our physician colleagues and learn a lot from them, however, support staff is quite the misrepresentation. Not tryna scope creep or whatever y’all call it but certainly ain’t gonna stand by and let y’all demean our entire profession. Support is not an accurate designation for our role in care. As systems move towards quality/value based care nurses will continue to advance as their skill level and education will directly contribute to how well hospitals and groups are compensated. I think the term support could get accidentally thrown around because bedside RNs don’t bill and are historically viewed as an expense. That’s rapidly changing. Now is a great time to become a nurse for the best and brightest students. I make 200k plus travel nursing 15 min from my house and have the ability to open my own clinic once I finish grad school. Becoming a physician is not the only way to independence and autonomy. Guys don’t be part of the problem. Let’s work together and create a healthier work environment and collegial atmosphere. We all win that way.

Honestly I'd say 90% of sociteiy have it because it is sociteable acceptable. Put yourself on a tram, train staton wait a few minutes and count the people who are NOT on their phones. I'd guess for the most part you'd be able to count them on 1 hand. I wouldn't even exclude myself but I also kind of don't know where else to get contacts these days because anyone is on their ONLINE ways. I mean you don't even know your own neighbours because since the Invention of TV the majoritiy ends up behind a screen after work days and who wants to have human contact these days anyways? I mean I'm glad I'm still in a rather peaceful country but look at the mental state yet alone portrait online from the USA..these poor people (almost) can't breahte without fearing to be shot by some rando psychopath (which also might be by a general Podcast True Crime addiction on top of all of that) and not to forget the constatnly state of mind of homophobia, offenses and simply existing....like we all shouldn't look so "arrogant" at all those addictis with (il-)legal substances inside...besides that I can't be the only one who has a bunch of them in their playlist. I think to a degree 90-95% of the population is addicted to some shat.
