Im sharing this information based on andrew huberman podcast on sleep 1) After waking up watch sunirse upto 10 to 30 mins depends on the climate either sunny or cloudy and try to watch with naked eyes i.e no glass in between and this will set your circadian rhythm. 2) Our body increase and decrease temperature for every 90 mins and the least temperature of our body would be 90 mins before our regular waking time and there should be no light exposure to our eyes atleast before our temperature minimum for example if u wake up at 5 everyday so after 11:30pm u shouldn't let ur eyes to light exposure 3) The more you r active in day time is directly proportional to the sleep you go through in night time 4) For being more active in a day see a bright light within 4 hrs of your temperature minimum 5) After waking do exercise or cold showers after 30mins or 120mins or 11hrs, so that you will be more active and it sets circadian rhythm Thank you 😊
