  These are the definition of three characteristics I choose Ma'am Integrated ✓ Assessments are to be incorporated into day-to-day practice rather than as add- ons at the end of instructions or during a specified week of the school calendar. ✓ Assessments are enriched by metacognition, stimulating thinking, building prior learning, constructing meaning, and thinking about one's thinking. Communicated ✓ Communication of assessment data is clear and transparent for all involved in the teaching and learning process. ✓ Students receive regular feedback on their progress, and parents are kept informed through access to visible progress reports and assessment data. Systemic ✓ Twenty-first century assessment is part of a comprehensive and well-aligned assessment system that is balanced and inclusive of all students, constituents, and stakeholders and designed to support improvement at all levels.

  It does not produce great profit. Why? The salary is not that promising for financial security. The reason why many teachers are going abroad looking for greener pasture.

  @@zhio_16 the Department recognizes the PPST as a major reference in designing interventions geared towards the professional development of teachers, including teacher aides and teacher volunteers. They shall also be capacitated in establishing learning environments that are responsive to learner diversity. in terms of how effective teaching can be measured, there are a lot of ways actually. One is, this can be measured through the learning progress of the learners. If you give exams and all or the majority of your learners failed then it is a manifestation that how you teach them is not effective. This is a call for you to reflect and change your style of teaching. This is the other side of teaching, you can also reflect on the side of your learners to see some factors of teaching ineffectiveness.

  There are a lot of learning theories. All of them can be used to multigrade classes depending on the situation. Behaviorism, cognitivism, constructionism, connectivism , humanism are the top learning theories for that kind of class

  Baka excessive Ang pag release Ng energy sa katawan kaya Hindi po maka stay sa upuan. Kung Ganon po situation maari po syang paupuin sa likod at payagan syang maglakad lakad doon at para Hindi din po makaistorbo sa classmates.   Multigrade classes are only for remote areas. It is good in terms of developing the social skills of the learners. The resiliency of the learners will also develop. On the part of the teachers, this is quite tedious because of a lot of preparations, different levels of learners and etc. But what is good for the teachers is that they are given hardship allowance.
