Nice looking Kit - I have one Heller kit (1/48 Jaguar) - I saw some survivors over in Dubendorf in the early 1980's - 3 x JU.52 in the Swiss Air Force - they were immaculate - believe one is still flying - always takes me back to the start of the Battle of Britain film (and quite a few others) - are you going to be building it?

Hi Hairspray acts as a barrier between the two coats of paint allowing you to chip the top layer away, always use a cheep value hairspray that isn't waterproof.

Nice review mate. I managed to get the entire range of the paratroopers and at 1st glance they look okay. A lot of details and accessories, and not too much flash to clean up. My only issue was some big sink holes in the legs on a few of the figures, which was disappointing. Luckily not on any raised detail and fixed up with putty.

As always Matt very informative and you make it look effortless - quick question - you never seem to use a paint cup cap - is there a reason? I actually got my first build underway over the weekend (Tamiya P-51) and managed to spill paint with the cap on (never used an airbrush before - now used two) may have miss poured when transferring from mixing cups or not put lid on properly - had a blast (literally) - still copious amount of airbrush cleaner sorted it.
