A terrible experience! There was no fast anything. 12 people ahead of me, clerk had to come twice to empty return box, wasted 15 minutes of my time. This experience makes me reconsider ordering anything from Amazon!

Self-service return kiosks are really great and amazing, as it improves customer satisfaction as it gives them a sense of responsibility.
