    Mine will not move forward or back, clutch adjustment? I don't see a way to adjust the clutch or it might be a trans issue? It just happened while in the field. Trans is not stuck it grided a little like it wanted to go then nothing.

  • @haparoundthehouse6618
    @haparoundthehouse6618Ай бұрын

    I don't remember an adj in the clutch-does the pedal feel 'normal"? I have a 'bad trans' right now, in fact the tranny from the video is now bad enough to remove the shifter weld up the "button" and grind it down to original specs. As you use the shifter it wears and with enough wear it will indeed get stuck in neutral. THis is were I'm at and sounds like where you are at as well. www.stractors.com/t92-transmissions/ this is a brief summary of how to repair the shifter. I already repaired a spare transmission shift linkage and will repair the trans from the video after the mowing season. The repair isn't too difficult if you are handy-good luck, my guess is you have a worn shifter button- you more than likely could try removing the top of the tranny and smacking it around-more than likely could give you some more run time until it locks up again

    I just thought I would share with you that if you have leaks and you’re not running it in winter you could run 140 w oil and it being thicker it would maybe stay in a little longer I tend to use it on the steering boxes on my Ford 8N’s and if they are too leaky I use STP engine oil additive the sad part is I have the seals but I don’t have the time 😀🇨🇦

  • @haparoundthehouse6618
    @haparoundthehouse6618Ай бұрын

    Im almost certain you would have to have some sort of backing to ensure the epoxy doesn't just fall through the hole. I'd use dry wall mesh or if you cant get to the back side I would use a silicone caulk to fill the hole then remove enough caulk to get a decent amount of epoxy. I would give it a try---

    I bought this jb marine weld a while ago. I've done various different experiments with it. I've used it on metals, plastics, china, glass, wood, and just about any other material you can think of. And my over all opinion of JB Marine weld is...,., Its worse than useless and its not worth the packaging it comes in! I even joined forums to find out if i was doing something wrong? Lots of people suggested mixing it thoroughly, then mixing it some more, then once youve finished mixing it, mix it twice more , then mix it a final three times. Doesn't make any difference whatsoever. It doesnt set in the 5 mins stated on the instructions. And It doesn't cure after 20 mins. In reality, it doesn't ever set or cure! No matter what i do with it, it only ever sets to the consistency of a silonce sealent. I used it to glue two warn out AA batteries together 5 weeks ago. And i can still peel it off with my finger nail to this day. No way in a million years will you ever be able to sand this useless crap. Dont waste your time and money.
