    I've just watched way too many quail recipe videos and this one just out-performed them all. I watched way too many people use horrible ingredients and ridiculous techniques... But you did it perfectly. Simple, but with style. Screw the YT algorithm. You're the best.

    @@boodaaha1 In my opinion Katla will be better as it tends to be more fatty.In case it is difficult to find it Rohu is doable.

    Yes..if u r skipping oil, marinate the chicken with yogurt and cook it covered.

    If you are grilling any meat you have to rest it for at least 10-mins before cutting it. If you cut immediately all the juices would come out, this what happened in your video, the chicken should have been dry....
