  Hi Manda Mel, Your video was suggested to me so I just subscribed to your channel, I’ve been watching you on your videos. I just adore you and all your animals that you have made. I am watching this video and I really loved watching you do a mock set up of your tables. And with the yellow walls with the rainbow painted on your walls really make you table pop with color, maybe see if you could make a backdrop for your farmers market pop-ups. I like how you ask your audience what their thoughts of where to put things on your tables and asking other questions to get your audience interested and to have a conversation with and with each other.   My friend is on her 4th year at a market and as a houseplant business (i feel price point and demand is similar at markets) she finds every other week is a really good vibe for a full summer market. $60 a day is ASTRONOMICAL. We're in Pittsburgh pa and for a bi weekly, 5 month market i believe her vendor fee is $250. Its definitely gotten better and we're way more efficient as we've done the market. We do less individual markets and stick to just big events that have high traffic and the occasional new event. Good luck! Each market is soo different and so is each year at markets 😂

  WOW that’s a helpful perspective. I think I’m kinda in the same boat. I think I’m deciding I’d rather do a big event and make that same kind of money rather than have to grind it out every single week. I wish my farmer’s market had a biweekly option because every weekend is just a lot to commit to😅 thank you for this comment and thanks for watching!!

  You are not the drama. I sell my knitting at markets. In all my years of selling, One time I had to ask to be moved as I was placed beside a canteen that was frying food. I explained the affect it would have on my products absorbing the smell and I was immediately moved.

  id rather have the sewer space, u can mask the smell or find out where the smell is coming from and put something over it , forgetting stuff is just the worst xs

  No one should be in the sewer spot! So who cared if you were the squeaky wheel! The squeaky wheel gets heard and makes changes 😂🎉 glad you didnt have a loss. Markets i find are fun but make good long term customers 😊 ive been going for 4 years with my friend who sells plants, and my first summer selling crochet and so far so good lol
