I know what my bowls weigh! Usually up to about .2g per bowl I smoke. But I smoke the whole bowl in one hit.

I didn’t understand the part about when people who miss use opioids try to self regulate negative emotions, it backfires. First of all what do you mean by self regulating negative emotions? And how does it backfire? I wish there was more in-depth explanation of that. Or an example.😢

41:20 to control dose also good to have a precisely weighed ‘pellet’ of rosin, and vaporise this. This will give natural combo but also precise, and no combustion

Take an edible dose and close your eyes (post tolence break). You'll know at that very moment that it is a psychedelic when eaten

The fact that psychedelics don't automatically fix your life is a good thing. You shouldn't be forced to become something just because you had an experience yesterday. It's always a choice, every day. It's also comforting to know that you can relax about having the experience and let go into it, because it's still up to you what effect it has.

These things are demons, and if you know anything about clowning its as old as time. The Ringling brothers were Masons, just like many traveling men. Every culture has a jester spirits, and the Shamans wear their colors and costume to channel with psychedelic substances. Example after example after example of ancestor spirits. It different shades of the same color.

You're not "just" your body? I think that ultimately your not your body (including the subtle body (which includes the mind) and the causal body ) at all. This reminds me of all the masters of non dual spiritually who don't really treat the body with all that much care and regard and who focus HEAVILY on recognizing themselves as the "witness consciousness" / Brahman through knowledge and the practices that engraine that knowledge into waking consciousness versus the Yogis who focus on doing so through various Yoga practices such as the ones that are being described here. Of course, everything is valid and everyone has their own path.

I just had my second session, and wowwwwww. Was wayyyyy more intense than my first. I’m still unable to get up fully. I had such intense tingling throughout my body for about 30 min. Perhaps too much? He used a hape a little stronger than last time. So that was a 2 hour experience which I now see is not super normal but I feel I had a LOT to clear. I have a theory that psychedelic medicines may act upon our gut microbiome in a significant way, and that could be a part of the healing that they provide. Have you seen any studies on that?

If I'm to assume God or some kind of primal spirit is real and is responsible for at fhe very least starting reality then 5MEO gets us aa close to "base reality" as possible. Everything ultimately springs from one source and before creation there was only this source. The only way for it to create would be out of itself since it was quite literally the only thing thaf existed. We're all existing "inside" of this source amd when 5MEO is used it removes all the filters so we get reality as it truly exists. There's no separate things, there is only the one. I'm also not convinced that it's a great idea that we do strip away all the filters. Imagine being all that exists. There's no movement because you are all space, since there's no movement there's no time since the only way to measure time is with movement, and there's nobody to communicate with. That sounds horrible to me and I think it's the catalyst for creation. It's God tricking itself into thinking it's not alone. The illusion is the point, not seeing theough it

Is it just me? How is this an in depth conversation about how to integrate a psychedelic experience? Also I would caution about taking another's advice about how to integrate your psychedelic experience. Yoga, meditation, mindfulness and journaling are all helpful tools, but there are no instructions on how to apply these tools to the contents of your psyche as revealed to you during your experience. Any clinician suggesting that what they are doing is "psychedelic assisted psychotherapy" is naive and has a malignant case of imposter syndrome, and has not read or understood Jung and his warning that psychedelic experiences represent unearned wisdom.
