So very sorry for your loss yes it’s very hard to loose a dear friend who you have loved for so many years.My family and I had to put our dear Alice down she was fourteen years old and had cancer.We have two other rescue dogs who are such a comfort to us.Lots of love and prayers to you and your family from Venetia Cape Town South Africa🙏♥️💟🐶

Awwwww 🥰 lovely family , just lost my booboo dog daughter 🐶🐾💕after adopting her 14 years ago , we said fare well just shy of her 15th birthday . I was a VERY lucky toad even meeting this sweet little lady , a gorgeous white and tan staffycross with a tan shaped heart on one side lol to help me with my grief I now run a pop up Boo dog treat stall in Hayle near the Be Kind Vegan cafe caravan on Saturdays and other places when and if I have the energy 🤗, all profits go to dog and animal sanctuaries , my best seller is the mini specialist pasties for the doggies with no oils or salt , made with organic Einkorn flour , meeting other sweet dogs and their human family is healing 🥰

Yes but I do take them off, and give them a good scratch where their collars were. It's also for safety if they ever decide to take off or get stolen Their collars have tags on with our mobile numbers. X

Don't worry, my boys are fully trained, Zak is 7 years old and Ben is 6 months. The good thing is Ben is shadow always following, Zak is more independent but loyal. Of course they are domesticated they are not feral. X
@@zaktheadventuredog4024 hey just asking since you mentioned the possibility of the dogs running away personally I keep mine off collar & off leash (even outdoor, when possible) if they do run away I'll consider myself as having failed in their training, that said there's just about zero chance of that happening cause they're GSD's (german discipline hehe)
Very understandable, each to their own. we all have different ways on how we train our dogs. And yes GSD are very good and reliable. X

This was a very special memorial for Sherpa!
I grew up with dogs and cats and had my own dog I raised from puppyhood until she passed at 16 years old. Each loss is just as painful as the one before, but they are all worth it and I'm looking forward to having another dog when my circumstances allow it. I hope Jamie will adopt a new dog buddy in due time. He is the best dog parent I have seen anywhere! What a gorgeous heart he has! 🙂
