Hi, unfortunately I can't include every detail on KZread, but over on my website I do provide the answers to questions like this, follow the link to the full recipe and the answer to this question: thebakingexplorer.com/biscoff-millionaires-shortbread/
🤪🤪
where do you buy the net non slip cake mat from?
I got mine from Amazon :)
Do you have a link?
Sure, I used one of these and I cut the size I wanted: amzn.to/3LKV8fz
Can the sponges be frozen 1 week before decorating and eating?
Yes they can :)
Looks good. Quick and to the point
Thank you! I hope you'll give it a try!
Please could you let me know what size the pans are? Thank you
They are 8" tins, you can find more information and detailed instructions on my website: thebakingexplorer.com/vegan-victoria-sponge-cake/
That looks amazing ..why do you need to put in freezer before cooking ?
Popping cookie dough in the freezer allows the fats to cool. As a result, the cookies will expand more slowly, holding onto their texture. If you skip the chilling step, you're more likely to wind up with hard cookie shell instead of lovely, chewy texture. Cookie dough thats chilled is also much more flavorful.
@dave9624 thankyou for reply I made first cookie dough pie last week and it was a bit hard ..I had no idea about the freezer part ..will do so next time
Sorry for the late reply and thank you @dave9624!

I'm going to make this at the weekend for visitors. I lost my much loved recipe many years ago and stopped making it - goodness knows why I didn't just find another one! Anyway, this looks delicious and I'm hoping it will become my new favourite recipe 💛 May I ask a question please - if I were to make two cakes would it be better to make them separately or can I just double the ingredients? And if I cooked two in the same oven at the same time, would it take longer do you know please?
Hi, you can double the ingredients yes, but put them in two separate tins. You can bake them at the same time. I'm not sure if it would take longer, so after the baking time, check them with a thin skewer and give them longer if needed. I hope you enjoy the cake!
@@KatBakingExplorer thanks so much, currently making it as we speak 🍋💛🎂
Beautifully prepared. Looks delicious
Thank you so much!
Do you have a recommended butter for this recipe x
I use unsalted block butter if that helps, I just use a supermarket own brand (Tesco)
Hi, you can find the full recipe here: thebakingexplorer.com/nutella-bueno-cupcakes/ I would suggest doubling or even tripling it for that many people.
It has a lot of sugar, can we reduce 300g sugar to half, so only 150g sugar?
Sugar does not only contribute to sweetness, it also helps to make cakes light and moist. Changing the amount dramatically will affect the result, but feel free to experiment.
Look amazing 🤩
Thank you! I hope you'll try them!
Ooooh lovely 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Glad you like it! I hope you'll give them a try :)
@@KatBakingExplorer certainly will. Could i ask, i don't do brownie or this kind of baking often as i love baking and trying different bread products yet have tried quite a few of your cake recipes successfully (thanks for recipes) if i wanted to do a twix brownie using mini twix, as well as adding the mini twix to the batter can i also lay them on top of the batter before baking or is it better to put them on top immediately after removing from oven? I am not sure of how the chocolate will react if placed on top before baking as only ever baked brownies with extras mixed in the batter
I would personally put them on top after they come out of the oven :)
@@KatBakingExplorer thank you, much appreciated
Looks so delicious 😋 😍
Thank you, I hope you'll try it!
I mean I used 1 baking pan as i never ever come to know how much batter goes per pan, every1 dont know only some people know, i used to use 2 pans but i tend to use extra batter in 1 pan an less in other an so i just use 1 pan, nowadays anyways its soooo much better to use 1 pan an soooo much less dishes to clean wen using 1 pan but even so my issue isnt resolved because even wen using 1 baking pan u must use certain amount of batter not more than that an not less than that so i dont know how much, people think everyone know or should know but not everyone know u need only certain amount of batter, so because i never came to know batter , i end up with either these , dipped/ sinked cakes and or cracked cake an or undercooked cake in centre
I use digital weighing scales to make sure an even amount of batter goes into each baking pan
Hi toooo delicious and im glad just 1 baking pan, i had issue my cake dipped or sinked do you know reasons
Hi, this recipe requires 2 baking pans so that could be the reason if you only used one
Another great recipe, will try, thank you for sharing 🍰
Hope you enjoy!!

Soooo annoying when need to FIND the recipe on the third website!!! Lost interest as soo as I open second page on the second website!!! for recipe and it was sending me to the third website!!! Really???? What a stupid thing to do just to achieve the score for viewers entry !!! Stupid !!!
I'm not sure what you mean by a third website? I only have one. This is the link to the full recipe that is also in the caption for this video: thebakingexplorer.com/fruit-scones/ I'm providing free content and this is how I earn a living, I spend hours and hours creating the recipes, photographing them, filming videos etc. all you have to do is click a few times for a free recipe. If you don't want to do this, you can go and buy a recipe book :)
Rich and creamy, splendid. Will definitely try, Thank you for sharing.

Stop making me hungry
So beautiful
Thank you! I hope you enjoy them
nice,beautiful scone
Thank you! I hope you enjoy them!
Don't use oil for baby
It's fine to use vegetable oil in this recipe for a child that is 1 year old, they will not eat the whole cake, maybe a slice or two.

Hi can I see what the double cream look like please that and the whipping cream is the only thing we was missing
Double cream is a high fat cream that whips up to stiff peaks, it's very common in the UK where I am based. This is what it's like: www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/262479533
Hi i made this yesterday and it did not look like this it just look dark bc they did not have the right Oreo they had the double one but I got sold out tho and can you take a picture of the ingredients please and do you have a instagram page
Hi, yes it will not look the same if you use different ingredients. You can find full recipe details here: thebakingexplorer.com/oreo-dessert-pots/ and this is my Instagram: instagram.com/thebakingexplorer/
The satisfying breaking apart. Thanks for sharing!
