Great interview. Everything has changed. The short answer is there are far more people that have so much more access to stuff than years ago, and there is much more competition than ever. And, they are much more efficient than years ago, not because they are better, but because of invented and evolved technologies. For me, and I am sure for many others too, I miss the 1990’s in so many ways. This is coming from a 44 year old, so it is my perspective.
