I have completed my first year of MCA and will be joining TCS through Smart hiring during my final year, specifically around the 3rd semester, just before the final semester. By the time I join TCS, I will have completed almost 3 out of the 4 semesters of my regular course. Given this situation, will I be eligible for a salary hike after MCA?

They are saying that prime role students need not give IPA. so i have a few doubts 1. How will my joining bonus be decided? 2. How much duration will my training last for? 3. Will i need to give IRA or PRA? 4. Since they have only sent mails for IPA to ninja and digital, i haven't recieved it (i am selected in prime role) so how will my joining date be decided?
