  hulk 2003 actually has pretty good cgi for the time,they actually made 3 models for each hulk growth phase and they are quite detail, the only thing that looks a bit off is the coloring and yet thats how the hulk looked before they made him less saturated in hulk 2008, she hulk however looks terrible for the time as we have better technology than back then,even Bruce Banners hulk in this looks off compared to his mcu movies counterpart and while movies have a higher budget the quality(in all aspects) in both series and movies have drop really hard after endgame.
