Cheaper… Maybe but the physical buttons for the Ac and additional controls do not work, and the other controls are in the display. Most of the cheap Apple play units aren’t going to be compatible with AC control for this unit. It might work for just getting the radio working.

Looks like the pros outweigh the cons to me. Does it automatically know when you’re backing up or you just turn on or prompt the monitor?
When you first start your car, it automatically powers on and depending on the time you set it will stay on for 30/60/90/120 secs…. It does not automatically know when you are reversing though, so you will need to hit the button on the side of the screen to active it when you reach your destination.

Does it have inteligent screen? Oe it has to be centered in the middle of the screen

Do you have any recommendations for keeping the bottom of the screen from ripping due to it dragging on the ground? I applied duct tape to my last screen which seemed to help but eventually it still ripped.
Unfortunately I don’t have a good recommendation because if the constant movement and friction with the ground it’s largely inevitable… but I have been tossing some ideas around for different durable fabrics or materials I might be able to affix to it since I’ve struggled with the same issue.
So what happens to the screen if you open the garage door? Does it stick to the rising door?
Yes, unfortunately it does sometimes stick to the door as it rises. Some folks have suggested that installing it on the outer face of the garage door instead of the underside might help with that. There are ways to stop it from sticking but none that are super inspiring. I have a small piece of wood on each side at the base of my screen that keeps it sitting away from the door as it lifts and lowers to lessen the chance of it sticking.

Those wires that go down to the fixture have a smooth side and a bumpy side, make sure you put the new ones in the way the old ones were. Especially if your new fixture is electronically controlled with or without a remote.

The weight of the light should be on the chain and not the cord. I the final shot there is not tension on the chain and no slack in the cord. It doesn’t have to be much slack just enough where the chain is supporting the weight. Quick way to fix this instead of taking all down is removing 1 link in chain.
That’s solid advice… I knew it wasn’t right initially, but I wasn’t completely sure how to fix it with taking it down.
The problem I have is putting the light back on the frame once it fall from the ceiling.
Yeah that part is a bit difficult be cause there is not a lot of room to be able to see how they line up... It took me a few attempts as well.

Attempted to set this up, I was able to set up calling for everyone but one person. When I added the contact it showed up on the child call app, however when contact called it showed up as unknown. Can’t figure out why. It’s not unknown when the same person calls others through Alexa. Trying to fix this caused my Amazon two step verification (OTP) to time out for 24 hours….
I’m sorry to hear that… I have seen a few comments that have referred to issues with setting up calling on these devices. Unfortunately I won’t be much help in this area, I have not set up a calling functionality yet for my kiddos… I hope you are able to get it to work properly.

I appreciate the creativity, but you need some quality control on the dowel length and need some weight in the base and center of that concrete form. Filling in the gaps with liquid nails is a rookie move and is VERY noticeable.
I appreciate that… All of those are fair observations. Yeah I mention at the end the need to do a better job than I did with the measuring/cutting of the dowels. Yes the use of the liquid nail was not an ideal resolution for the incorrect dowel lengths… there certainly are better methods to salvage the project. Thanks for the honest critique.

Detrone, excellent video. I have a question for you. I have a 2012 Rogue with a MAF problem p01 01 code. The Nissan dealer replaced the MAF. I replaced the air cleaner. I did not replace the PCV valve yet. The dealer I go to tells me they cannot fix the problem any more than they have because they do not have a Master Technician??? I am going to have to travel a ways to get a dealer with a Master Technician. The engine light has gone on twice now. It is supposedly fixed now. If not and the light goes on again and the car seems to run fine I want to turn off the engine light. I purchased a Walmart Hyper Tough HT 100 code reader. It is not much on instructions. It connects with your phone via Blue Tooth to give an explanation of the code. I do not need an explanation and I just want to turn off the engine light. My question is, do I have to use the Blue Tooth feature with the HT 100 or can I just plug it to the plug in the car, turn the ignition to on, read the code, and push the red button to clear the code?? You can clear the code right from the screen on the Hyper Tough device. My guess is you’ll see that engine light and those codes again though. My Murano now has the engine light back on but it will intermittently go away also, and that was after I replaced a torn boot and replaced the MAF as well. If it’s running fine, and you just don’t want the engine light… the HT100 will do exactly what you’re looking for without needing the Bluetooth functionality.

Hey have a nissan tiida 2007 tiida, turns on for 10 seconds or more then turns off . Any idea if its the maf sensor or something else? Ive changed the ignition coils
That could be several things including the Mass Air Flow sensor since it does measure air entering the engine, and if that is off it can cause the vehicle to stall. Replacing the MAF sensor is probably a good next step. Do you have any engine codes currently?

Yes they are a bit vague about this online but yes it is included. Also children under 5 years of age get free admission! Unlimited admission to SeaWorld San Antonio is valid through January 5, 2025. They must get registered by June 30, 2024

What if you lost the key or it is stuck and the key won't turn so I can get to the other torx bolt to remove the steering cover? What can I do?
You might have to drill out the ignition cylinder to get it out, which is going to vastly complicate the removal process.
