  Please abolish the colonial legacy Mr Judges! Unfortunately, despite enjoying many facilities, Judges do not cater the service to the nation, rather they are inclined to delay and decline justice to millions. Even in modern days, millions suffer because of your nexus with influential people. Have you ever seen how many people are being harassed by some advocates in the High Court and lower Courts in West Bengal and other places? This is simply because Courts are still upholding a colonial framework. You need to understand that multiple amendments to the British Acts and Rules do not serve any purpose. This is evident from the actions of the judges and influential people against whom serious crimes are reported. Please remove the British Colonial framework from the Acts and Rules. Kindly ask the parliamentarians and state legislatures to change the entire Acts and Rules enacted during the British Regime and remove the colonial framework (please no eyewash). The acts are as follows: 1. Indian Penal Code, 1860; 2. The Indian Evidence Act, 1872; 3. Transfer of Property Act, 1882; 4. Indian Police Act, 1861; 5. Dramatic Performance Act, 1876; 6. Bengal Medical Act, 1914. If you are still reluctant in taking immediate action on these Acts, people will assume firmly that the actions of the Courts are void. This will destroy the image of the Judges and Courts.

  Sir Justice Prakash Shrivastava when sexualy abuse the child and kill the child. They have to be killed and hang because this is the justice when they are killed childs.This is my proposal to the judges of the Supreme Court. I am also Sexual abuse in my childhood But I have not get my justice. forced fully stop me, intimidate me,and anxiety.
